We are one of San Antonio's TOP DJ companies with about 15 employees and a physical office in which to properly meet with our clients. We were founded in 1976, so we've been at this for a while, working thousands of weddings over the years. Our DJs will handle all of your announcements professionally and really work hard to encourage participation on the dance floor! We utilize an app where you can format your entire event, right from your phone. You can even make requests and import songs directly from your Spotify or Apple Music playlists.

We can also provide you with all the extras including more advanced dance floor lighting, photo booths, uplighting, a GOBO (monogram) projector, and cold sparks. Call the professionals at Cutting Edge to make your event completely memorable!

David was incredible!!! He did such an amazing job making our wedding the party we wanted it to be. Every song was a hit and our guests had the best time. He was super attentive to our needs and ready to do anything we asked immediately. He was so friendly and brought amazing energy to our wedding without being overbearing. Our guests couldn't stop talking about how much fun they were having and how much they danced! We really had a full dance floor from the very first song to the very last song! We couldn't be more happy. You guys have provided such incredible service from start to finish. We cannot thank you enough. The suggestion to add the speakers in the other room and outside was a game changer. We had our guests dancing in every space of the restaurant! Thank you so much David, Aminda and Ron! You all are truly the dream team - planning a wedding is so stressful and a lot of companies are hard to connect with or get answers from but you guys really made everything so easy and smooth. We can help create the perfect mood with our lighting options! For the dancefloor, try our Gigbar & Haze Machine combo. Looking for something decorative, uplights in various colors add a romantic glow, while our GOBO projector displays your custom monogram on the wall or dancefloor. Capture the fun with our Studio, Mirror, or 360 booths. Each includes a custom template, fun props, and an attendant. Studio and Mirror booths provide both physical and digital prints, giving your guests a keepsake to remember your special day!

It's important when working with a vendor that they are properly insured, there are some venues who won't allow vendors who aren't properly covered. We are fully insured. Our policy covers $1M per case with an aggregate of $2M. You can see our proof of insurance on our website. Simply scroll to the bottom of the page and click on the Insurance link. Or you can reach out to us directly and we would be happy to send you a copy as well.

We provide seamless music from your ceremony to the last dance at the reception. From prelude to processional, marches to recessional, we’ve got every moment covered. During your ceremony, we’ll play exactly what you envision, including any special songs or requests. For cocktail hour, we offer a relaxed atmosphere with soft instrumentals, soft country, or soft pop/rock, but feel free to tell us your preferences! Whether it’s a playlist of specific songs or a vibe you want, we’ll make it happen – it’s all up to you.

We’ll play whatever style of music you want, ensuring your reception feels just right. Your DJ won’t assume what will get guests on the dance floor; they’ll follow your lead. If there's a lull, your DJ may offer to switch things up – but only with your permission! We also love taking guest requests, but only if you’ve given the green light. Your DJ will keep the vibe aligned with your musical preferences and steer clear of any "no plays" you’ve listed. It’s all about making your celebration uniquely yours!

We have travel fees for events outside of San Antonio - if you would like to know any specific rates please let us know! When it comes to breakdown fees that isn't something that we charge.
