For an outdoor dinner or cocktail reception, the Brick Patio at the Hofmann Ranch offers panoramic valley views, colorful landscaping and refreshing breezes. The gorgeous brick-paved Patio is situated between the Grande Hall and the Pavilion and can host as many as 200 dinner guests with round tables and white wooden chairs. Under the stars, stringed lights and lampposts further illuminate the Patio with a cheerful ambiance. The patio area perfectly complements the Grande Hall as it provides outdoor space for your party. Additionally, it is the ideal spillover area for large groups.

Wherever you turn, breathtaking vistas abound! Your guests will be captivated by the Medina Valley that stretches before them as they’re refreshed by the prevailing breezes. Some couples choose to say “I do” under our Meadow Pavilion as the sun sets below the hills behind them. Handsome pine ceilings and columns accentuate the fine natural beauty of the outdoors. At night, the Meadow Pavilion magically transforms into an outdoor ballroom as two opulent chandeliers glow splendidly. The Meadow Pavilion is available for dinner and dancing as well as wedding ceremonies. The area works perfectly as a beautiful outdoor reception space with a dining area and dance floor. Additionally, the Meadow Pavilion is directly connected to the patio and Grande Hall. Many events incorporate all three areas for their celebrations.

Our Garden Outlook area is a beautiful outdoor ceremony location with a natural green backdrop often featuring our longhorn cattle. This area is perfect for guest counts of all sizes: from smaller groups to larger parties with up to 400 guests. Enjoy whimsical outdoor fixtures like our iron gates, fieldstone walls and fireplace, and eclectic rustic elements to bring the quintessential nature of a farmstead to you. This is a delightful backdrop for photos! Then snuggle up by our cozy fireplace and enjoy delicious s’mores for dessert!

The Hen House is a beautifully appointed private guest house, with luscious soft furniture, a stunning fireplace and all the necessary accommodations to make you feel completely at home. You and your wedding party will cherish the time spent and your secret hide-away. This will be the last few moments you have with your friends and family before the day begins. So relax, have a toast, get dressed and make yourselves beautiful as you prepare for your grand entrance.

Texas pride shines throughout every detail of The Grande Hall at Hofmann Ranch. A double oak staircase ascends from the first-story ballroom to a spacious balcony level that provides additional seating and a bird’s eye view of dinner and dancing below. For weddings, the staircase makes a dramatic entrance for the bride and creates opportunities for creative wedding party photos. High ceilings soar to more than 20 feet and display three glorious wrought iron chandeliers. Windows and French doors with picturesque Hill Country views encompass the entire facility. Round tables and Chiavari chairs are just a couple of the complementary extras. Other amenities include a full-service catering kitchen, two bars and a screened-in veranda for buffet displays or additional seating.
