We're as excited as you are! Finally, Vegan Macarons is the first and only vegan macaron bakery in Houston, Texas! We not only pride ourselves in offering the most delicious macarons you might ever taste, but we also make sure they're made with high-quality ingredients. We do our best to use only non-GMO and natural products.

Whenever possible, ingredients are locally sourced and organic. Even though our macarons omit dairy and eggs, they are still just as tasty as ordinary macarons. Our non-vegan customers are so impressed and love them equally as much as our vegan customers!

Maricel is the most sweetest, and down to earth person ever!! That reflects in her hard work for macarons. Each flavor is so unique and tasty. She truly has so much talent and does it all with a smile. She has done orders for me many times, one being her delivering over 300 macarons for my reception! Each macaron was devoured and constantly praised! Working with Maricel is so easy and helpful, she will work with whatever it is that you need! If you haven't ordered from her, please consider it!

Our macaron shells require almond flour. If any other nuts are used in either the filling or topping, they will be listed on the Order page.

The majority of our flavors are gluten free. However, every so often, we might use an ingredient that contains wheat. These flavors will usually have a gluten free option that you can request when ordering.

Most of our flavors do not contain soy. If there is a flavor that contains soy, there is an option to request it soy free.

As of now, we do not have a physical brick and mortar. We operate as a home bakery under the Texas Cottage Food Law. In addition to delivery, we are at markets and events throughout Houston.

Our macarons last up to 7 days, if refrigerated.

To keep the macarons fresh, we suggest storing them in the refrigerator until you are ready to eat them. Before consuming, let the macarons come to room temperature for about 10-15 minutes. This will ensure the best texture and flavor.

Yes! Macarons without jam freeze well. They last up to 2 months in the freezer. If the flavor contains jam, you may request that flavor without jam in order to freeze. Thaw gradually by placing in refrigerator first and then bring to room temperature for 15 minutes before eating.
