I create room for you to be present at your event by taking the noise of planning and turning it into something beautiful. I can cover all of your communication and detail oriented needs to help you sit back and enjoy your event.

Since graduating Texas A&M in 2014, I have worked for both large and small-scale nonprofit organizations. Within those years I learned how to run events with a dedication to efficiency. I started this venture into solo event management because I saw the need for an external person to help steer the event. I want to step into these spaces and help people experience the fruits of their labor. From weddings and anniversary celebrations to fundraisers and milestone birthdays, unload all of your day-of needs and celebrate!

My fee includes: -Initial consultation plus a planning meeting two weeks prior to event. -Customized timeline for event day -Oversee event rehearsal -Coordinate vendors in arrival and departure -Assist with photo schedule -Supervise set up and tear down of decor -Manage the timeline throughout event day -Overcome last minute challenges that arise -Provide an emergency kit with essentials

    Our wedding was absolutely perfect, and it could not have been possible without Cortney. She went above and beyond to make our special day flow smoothly and efficiently. Both her and Kara were incredibly attentive (they made sure we were fed and even jumped in at the last minute when we had forgotten things to make sure everything was in order). We are so so thankful for them, and we highly recommend their services for any couples looking for wedding coordinators!

Cortney's communication style is direct, confident, and that of an active listener - she always made sure she understood our needs and preferences. The quality of their work and value they provided was unmatched, with a strong focus on reliability, quality consistency, clear communication, transparency, responsiveness, and flexibility.     Events by Cortney was an absolute pleasure to work with from start to finish. Their communication style was attentive, understanding and responsive throughout the entire planning process. The quality of their work was excellent - they were extremely detail-oriented and thorough in every aspect. Their timeline management and attention to detail on the day of the wedding were particularly impressive, ensuring the entire event ran seamlessly.     Cortney and Cara helped with my daughter’s wedding this past Rand I can’t say enough good things about them! Cortney’s attention to detail and time management are unmatched! Not only was she a great coordinator I would consider her a friend, she was amazing and cared personally for every detail of the wedding I can’t recommend her enough, if you want a seamless wedding this is your person!
