Based on the tasks you would like done, we do personalized packages for each client.

Friends Wedding Review
Hansen Weddings and Events was a pleasure to work with on our wedding day. The vendor was there promptly and available to help out and direct the wedding party to the right areas. Their work was solid, contributing to our special day in several ways. They were extremely punctual, which was greatly appreciated. The only gripe was the undecorated wedding arch - I've been to many weddings where a fully ornamental arch was provided, but the one here was simply wood. As a bridesmaid, I was unsure of the communication with the venue beforehand, but the bride had been under the impression that a ready-to-use photographer's arch would be available. We had to make a last-minute trip to the craft store to get it decorated. Overall, Hansen Weddings and Events did a great job and I would recommend them.

Lily organized a wonderful event with a small amount of time. Everyone had a lovely time and we will remember all of the cherished memories.

Hansen Weddings and Events provided us with exceptional service and professionalism throughout our wedding planning process. From the start, their communication style was direct and well-spoken, ensuring we always felt informed and supported. The quality of their work was truly impressive - Lily, our day-of coordinator, was incredibly attentive and accountable, stepping in to help make our first look moment even more special when some family members tried to disrupt it. We initially weren't sure a day-of coordinator was necessary, but in the end it was exactly what we needed to keep everything running smoothly on our big day. Hansen Weddings and Events went above and beyond to make our wedding day truly unforgettable.

She was definitely on top of everything and made sure it was all perfect and right. Everything was well organize scheduled an in place. Share good ideas for photos as well. Talk to the bride and groom and make sure everything was good. No need to stress when you got her around!
