I’ve been planning/coordinating events since 2006 and love every aspect and detail. I enjoy channeling my creativity, organizational skills and attention to detail to help create the vision for each and every client.

I enjoy creating a memorable event for my clients and I base my services on what my client's needs are, which is never the same. I enjoy all the details, no matter how simple or complex and ensuring everything is the way my clients imagined their special day would be so they can enjoy with their loved ones and have an everlasting memory of their special day.

Orralyn is the best!

My husband and I began working with Orralyn in 2019 when we were totally clueless how to plan a wedding! She was so amazing and helpful from day one in giving us basic information, helping us search for venues, and suggesting vendors. Covid-19 changed the plans from our 2020 wedding to a 2022 wedding, so when our wedding finally happened it was years in the making. Orralyn was so helpful, organized, and on top of everything along the way. The much anticipated day went by seamlessly, which I fully believe was thanks to Orralyn's amazing planning and assistance! We couldn't have asked for a better planner for this wild ride

We didn’t think we needed help organizing the wedding. Fortunately, we were guided to Orralyn before it was too late! She kept us focused and on track through all the planning. Throughout the whole 2 months, she was always a calm and supportive influence. Orralyn knows her job and does it with aplomb. We had weekly check ins with detailed lists or spread sheets to guide us and the “kids” on what to do, who was to do what, calls to make, and suggestions for what we hadn’t thought of! As it got closer to THE day, our contact increased and was always timely and on point! On the event day, she and her staff were amazing, from the start of setup to the final clean up. The whole staff was discrete, arrived early to set up, and stayed late to do a thorough break down and check off of all rented items. They allowed us have fun, have time to visit with the guests, and still get on the dance floor.

I've worked with a lot of planners and coordinators, and the one thing that sets them apart is their ability to adjust on the fly, to random changes. That is *the* real pressure test. And Orralyn can deliver that in spades, passing with flying colors, and smiling the whole way. Almost anyone can plan a flawless event in their head. But the reality is you likely want someone who can deal with curveballs, and still make it your event an exceptional one. She"s that person!
