A great experience working with Steph. She was a great help. The Barn and staff made the wedding a dream, everything we wanted and more. It was unique to our dreams, so many options so beautiful. You have a beautiful barn for inside events and flow outside to again a great space to expand and incorporate into your special day. I would recommend them above all others. They stepped in and built special pieces we needed for decor. They create the visions that will provide a Dream Wedding or events. I recommend you talk to them first to see what they have to offer. We are an upscale wedding venue with both inside and outside seating located directly on picturesque Lake Ontario with our 1600 square foot dock over it. The Barrack’s Inn stone center building was the first building built in the War of 1812 to be the bakery. It is on the historic national register. Inside we can seat 150 people, while outside we can seat an additional 100 people. My husband and I were married at Blenheim and we truly cannot say enough good things about our experience! It was an absolutely perfect wedding celebration and the incredible staff at Blenheim helped make it that way. The farm is stunning and the food is delicious but the 5 star treatment is what sets Blenheim apart from other venues. We are both still on Cloud 100! From the moment we decided to have our wedding at Blenheim, we were taken care of. There are so many decisions to make throughout the planning process, and Min, Carol and Laura helped walk us through each decision. We began working with Mina as the time grew closer to our wedding day and words cannot express how absolutely incredible she is. Mina and her team are proactive, decisive, kind, calm, thorough, knowledgable and gracious. We arrived on Wednesday before our wedding and from the moment we arrived on the property, we were greeted with fresh appetizers from the garden. This service continued throughout the weekend with freshly made muffins and other morsels of deliciousness. Mina and her team were accessible during our entire stay at Blenheim and she went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable and taken care of. Any type of anxiety that I had going into the weekend was immediately put at bay when greeted by Mina. The wedding ceremony itself was beautiful - truly perfect - and the cocktail hour and reception were amazing. Needless to say, the Michelin star rated food was impeccable. Our guests had a blast and no one wanted it to end. As we relive our amazing wedding weekend through the beautiful pictures and stories, I will always be thankful for the decision we made to have our wedding at Blenheim.

From the very beginning, we always knew that we wanted to get married in Vermont. After visiting Mountain Top Resort, we instantly knew that it was the place. Since our first introduction to Khele and the whole Mountain Top staff, they provided a truly magical experience. To say that we were blessed and could not have done it without Miranda and Zoey (our coordinators) would be a complete understatement. Throughout the whole process, it was extremely comforting and reassuring to know that Miranda and Zoey were just a phone call or email away. They were both extremely helpful, professional, and knowledgeable. From the start they were there to answer our many questions that arise from planning a winter destination wedding, provide guidance on different options, kept us on track for all our important deadlines, brought all our visions to reality on our special day, and so much more than we could list. As many people would say, we are huge “foodies”. When asked about weddings, most people would say the thing they remembered most was whether the food was good. In the case of Mountain Top (in addition to the all-on-property experience and breathtaking mountain view mentioned before), the food is certainly memorable. Whether it was the rehearsal dinner, hors d’oeuvres at cocktail hour, meals at the reception, or late-night snacks, every item of food was phenomenal. Words just simply could not do justice to describe how incredible the food tasted. Our friends and family are still ranting and raving about the food! Mountain Top was everything a couple could wish for in a wedding venue and more. We will continue to recommend it to family / friends and plan to visit again soon! They hosted a Mother's Day pop up for me last year, I have purchased flowers from them and I have delivered multiple wedding desserts (including for their wedding!) and each time have been smooth and easy! We had the absolute best wedding day! I could not have asked for more from our venue. The staff was amazing and the on-site coordinators, Gina and Mercer, were truly the best to work with! They were incredibly attentive during our two-year long planning process. I always felt like a priority and it was amazing to have people to ask questions, chat through logistics, and have in our court. Our guests loved the space and having the ability for our wedding party to all stay at the venue was absolutely everything we hoped it would be. The food and aesthetic were PERFECT. It was everything a bride could have ever asked for!!

Planning our microwedding at the Tillerman was such a lovely and low-stress experience, and our wedding day could not have been more perfect. We were able to customize our day to be uniquely ours, without being overwhelmed with choices or having to book extra vendors. The Barn at the Tillerman is such a beautiful venue for a reception, the fire pit was a huge hit with our guests, and it was so nice to walk back to our room in the inn, exhausted, and fall into the most comfortable bed with lovely linens. We left the menu and dessert menus completely up to the Tillerman and were blown away by the quality and quantity of fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented food. We customized our bar offerings, decided on a long family style table set-up, and left the rest up to the Tillerman. Kenzie was amazing, supportive and prompt in every way, and was how we knew a microwedding at the Tillerman was right for us. We envisioned a romantic and whimsical day of celebration with our closest friends and family and the Tillerman delivered, keeping the entire experience stress free and for a very reasonable cost. I could go on endlessly about how amazing the Maples Estate, and Katie and Louis are but I’ll try to keep it brief! From our first interactions with Katie, which was via a virtual tour, my husband and I knew there was something special here. We immediately booked an in-person tour, and once we stepped foot on the property we knew this was where we would get married. The estate itself is stunningly unreal. In the middle of the mountains, beautiful views all around, wild flowers in abundance, a beautiful river, the pavilion is a dream, and so many options for your event locations - all of which are magical. Our wedding party stayed with us in the house and we all felt so comfortable. With 17 of us in total it was awesome to have the space to be together comfortably as we played games or shared a meal. The getting ready room is beautiful, it is a fun space to prepare in and the photos will be epic. We added on partial planning to our contract, so we worked with Katie throughout our wedding preparations. Katie is fantastic! She made us feel so comfortable, which made it easy to collaborate. Katie made our design board, every time I shared it with a vendor the response was “oh my gosh did you make this?!” Katie’s design skills are amazing, organization is on point, she is calm and quick to respond, and her list of vendors is expansive and everyone we worked with was just as amazing as Katie and Louis. If you are thinking about the Maples Estate, go for it! We had a wedding that was so uniquely us and that was because Katie and Louis gave us the space to do so. At every point Katie embraced our ideas, embraced our family and friends, and allowed our relationship to be reflected in an amazing weekend. We are so grateful and lucky to have found them! We are rooting for a couples reunion event or something so we can visit them soon.

After getting married here in October, I cannot recommend the Hartlot Happening enough!! The space is a beautiful blend of indoor and outdoor which was SO popular with our guests. We got so many compliments on the venue because of how easy it was for guests to mingle and chat. Everyone said it was unlike any venue they had been to before—in the best possible way! The owner, Katie, was a delight to work with and was so mindful of preserving the vision we had for the wedding even when we had to make last minute adjustments on the fly. Molly, our coordinator, kept us on track (and that’s a high compliment coming from a pretty organized and control-freak bride) and worked with us to make everything work, from managing our vendors to suggesting ideas and being flexible when things inevitably changed. The day of our wedding was beautiful but cold, and Molly and team were there every step of the way shepherding people around and making sure every guest was comfortable. One thing I will never forget is standing under the arch, shaking from the cold and from excitement in the 40 weather in my strapless dress, and Molly appearing from nowhere to hand me a wrap and a white blazer so I would be more comfortable. The venue is beautiful and there are so many places to host different parts of the wedding. Our guests loved that the weekend was a fall experience, and we felt good knowing there was plenty to do during down times. The sugarbush team is undoubtedly the best at what they do, AND they make you feel like family. They really care that every vision you have, no matter how different, gets executed, and they take your wedding personally. Everyone should get to work with a great team like the sugarbush team.

We recently had our wedding at the Barn and were blown away by the overall experience! The Barn is in a beautiful location surrounded by wildflowers, rolling green hills, and one of the most stunning and unique views of Mount Mansfield, capturing a true Vermont landscape. The Barn property is well-kept and private. The ceremony site is beautiful, with an amazing backdrop, a fantastic patio that helps create that indoor-outdoor experience, and a sprawling lawn. The Barn itself is very bright and filled with natural light, even on a cloudy day. The decor (Farmtables, chairs, doors, exposed beams) provide a Vermont chic vibe. Jenn, Jamie, and Steve were phenomenal to work with. They put in so much hard work to make our wedding personal and special. They carried out our vision with every detail. They are highly organized, responsive (quick to reply to calls, emails, text), and positive. From the moment we booked to our wedding day, they made the planning process incredibly smooth and fun. The Barn works with and recommends a fantastic group of local vendors (Jesse Schloff Photography, Heaven Scent floral, Wedding DJVT, and Sugar Snap). On our wedding day, the Barn made the day stress-free by being extremely attentive, organized, positive, and excited. They were incredibly flexible and responsive to our needs and wants. We trusted the Barn to keep everything running smoothly and on time with very little management from us. From start to finish, the Barn was always accommodating: allowing us to do a personal tour of the venue, letting family in the area swing by to see the space, and being able to drop off decorations early and pick everything up a day later post-wedding. They were always willing to work with us and respond to our needs which was greatly appreciated as it was a destination for us. From the moment we spoke to Jenn and saw the Barn (Video tour), we knew this was the place we wanted to get married, and we were never disappointed along the way. If we could get married here again we would! Sailing Center was a joy to work with, very communicative and helpful, always ready to open their doors to us for umpteen visits to the deck during the planning stage or to lend us supplies like the elegant lights we had hanging overhead on the big day. The wedding itself was a dream. We got married in summer on the large third floor outdoor covered deck with a breathtaking view of Lake Champlain. Sunset made for GREAT pictures on the promenade and nearby dock. We had no problems with all our vendors getting set up and there was more than enough room for both dining area and dance floor for our ~80ish guests. You also get access to a neat attached observation deck, there is a commercial elevator for easy up and down transfer of all rental items, and bathrooms one level down. Just make sure to plan ahead for parking which is metered and public, but there are plenty of spots. It was the best night of our lives!

Just across the parking lot sits the Longhouse & Annex comprised of an additional eight inn rooms and offering a bit of privacy from the hustle & bustle of the main events.

We cannot recommend the MRB enough!! Our wedding weekend was absolutely incredible and we cannot thank the MRB staff enough for all they did. A few highlights: 1) Having the entire inn for you and your guests is such a special and unique thing that made us feel surrounded by love and excitement. 2) the logistics, back up plans, and execution! It absolutely poured on our wedding day and the team pivoted so incredibly well. At first we were so bummed to not be able to use the beautiful ceremony site outside, but the way that the team seamlessly converted the pavilion was incredible. 3) the FOOD! Our guests were astounded by the quality of the food, with many saying it was the best wedding food they have ever had. This also includes the hotel breakfast- best bacon ever. And for anyone with food allergies (I am allergic to gluten) there is no better place to be. They kept a GF fryer for me so I could have fries at the after party and it was the best way to cap off the night. Adrienne and team, thank you for everything!!!

Ok, so I may be a tiny bit biased because it was my wedding, but it was THE BEST WEDDING EVER. All of our guests say the same thing! From working with Meesha who is phenomenal, experienced, warm and friendly, to the food and accommodations, we would not have changed a single thing. Every member of the team was so accommodating (for example, one of our signature drinks was coquito, the bar made it specifically for us using the recipe we sent, and it was delicious!). This season was very rainy, and while it would have been amazing to have the ceremony outside, Meesha’s team executed plan B without a hitch, and still just as beautiful. Everyone was so kind and friendly, they went above and beyond to make our weekend special, and we wouldn’t have changed a thing. Many thanks to: Dexter for lighting the bonfire on a rainy night, hanging our piñata, and all the other things he did behind the scenes! Meesha for her hospitality, guidance, support and wisdom during an event that is most likely a first for many of us! To Meesha’s team for all the hard work they did making the tent look GORGEOUS and keeping all of our guests happy! To the bar for making the most delicious specialty cocktail and keeping up with our guests. To chef Gary for his DELICIOUS food. Valerie, the captain, who helped everything go off without a hitch, the glue that held everything together. Her warmth, knowledge, and communication with us and Meesha was remarkable. I’m sure there are sooo many other people to thank and shout out, but this wedding was worth every penny because of this amazing team and amazing venue. It was so hard to begin to write this review because we have a book of amazing things to say about Lareau Farm. Being from Connecticut, my Husband and I accidentally found Lareau Farm Inn and fell in love with both the location and the staff. From the second we met Helen for our tour of the venue, she remained extremely helpful and easy to contact. What immediately grabbed our attention about this venue is that you can stay at the Inn for the weekend with your family and close friends. This was such a special weekend for us, we were surrounded by our bridal party and our direct families from Thursday to Monday. The Inn has beautiful land to walk around, a creek to swim in, and my younger sisters loved walking around to see the flowers. Even better, the breakfast at the Inn was delicious every single day (we say it is the best french toast we have ever had). Helen and the team at the Farm were accommodating with all of the ideas that we had. On Thursday we held an outdoor yoga class on the grounds of the Inn- it was peaceful and everyone had so much fun. We decided to have rehearsal dinner at the Historic Red Barn and it was beautiful. Helen has so much attention to detail, tables and decorations were spot on to what we had imagined. We opted for the American Flatbread at rehearsal dinner and our guests say it was the best flatbread they have ever had ( we even ordered extra later that night!). The best part about our wedding morning was that we had no worries because we knew that Helen and the team had everything under control. I was so calm, cool, and collected, on the wedding day morning and it was all due to everyone making the process so easy. As a bride who had every little detail planned out, Helen was able to place every decoration perfectly just by following little sticky notes I had left her. Helen was great at contacting our vendors and keeping everything going smoothly. We decided to have a food buffet for dinner, and we still have our guests talking about how good the dinner was, “ the best wedding food ever”, as they say. I think we went up for thirds at one point! One of our favorite parts of the night was sitting around the fire after our Reception, having s'mores , and watching the stars. Another plus of the venue location is that there are no street lights around, so star watching is spectacular. There was not one thing throughout our entire wedding weekend that went wrong, and nothing we would change. The venue is so beautiful, it makes for perfect pictures no matter where you are. If you are looking for a venue that is laid back, naturally beautiful, has delicious and fresh food, and kind staff, then LF is your place. A month after our wedding the farm surprised us with a painting of my bouquet as a gift- just another instance where they are so thoughtful! There is nothing better than enjoying coffee on the porch and the company of everyone you love on the day you get married. I wish we could give this venue more than 5 stars because they deserve it. A popular wedding venue, the farm is surrounded by four authentically-restored historic year-round vacation rental properties accommodating up to 22 guests—one of which is Rudyard Kipling’s Naulakha where he penned the Jungle Book. The Stone Trust Education Center, located in the 1862 Barn, showcases beautiful, unique dry-stone wall installations around the property. The Apple Barn accommodates up to 120 guests, has a commercial kitchen, three restrooms, one is wheelchair accessible. Overlooking the farm and mountains, a delightful spot for special occasions, rehearsal dinners, and wedding receptions. My wife and I were meant to get married in 2020 in Wales, but the pandemic squashed our plans, years in the making. We were devastated. It was quickly made clear that an international wedding was out of the question for the foreseeable future, so we redirected our search closer to home. After a few months of truly disheartening searching, we were directed towards Scott Farm. Really as soon as we pulled into the parking lot we were in love. It is nestled inside of rolling hills and the land is covered in beautiful orchards and picturesque white buildings. It was like a scene out of a movie--and it really was, as Good Will Hunting was filmed there! The process of planning the wedding with the staff at Scott Farm was truly seamless. Simon was kind, patient, and helpful, leading us through all the specifications and details of the site, and making himself available if we ever had any questions or concerns. And Jaja was a rock star--she went above and beyond in every aspect of her duties, especially on the wedding day. Without her calm and confident presence, trouble shooting problems and reassuring an anxious bride and groom, the day would not have gone so perfectly. I can't say enough about how supportive, pleasant, and wonderful everyone is at Scott Farm. If you are planning a wedding or an event of any kind, do it at Scott Farm!

The Pruyn House is the Cultural and Historical Center for the Town of Colonie. We have a five and 1/2 acre property, including the House, the Buhrmaster Barn, the Verdoy Schoolhouse and several other buildings. We provide access to the Barn for the reception, the garden for the ceremony, the birch grove for the cocktail hour and dressing areas in the Pruyn House and the Verdoy Schoolhouse. Tables and chairs are included. All else must be provided through rental services and catering. We have one security person who will be on site throughout your event. All else provided by caterer or rental service.

I got married at the Pruyn House 20 years ago and have been planning and designing weddings there ever since. I started a floral design and wedding planning business called Intuition Events and Floral Design, as a result of my experience with the Pruyn House. They were so incredibly helpful and welcoming! They try to make it as easy as possible to come into the space and create the wedding of your dreams! The grounds are breathtaking and every corner provides you with an amazing photo backdrop. It is also in such close proximity to many hotel, which makes it so convenient for guests from out of town. There is a bridal suite and the school house is the perfect spot for the groom and groomsmen to get ready. They allow you to come in the day before and have access to the space if you want to have your rehearsal, drop off items or DIY anything. I cannot recommend the Pruyn House enough! Beautiful spot that you would never know is in the middle of Latham!

We wanted to get married in the mountains, but still have a full wedding reception with our friends and family and a rocking band (The New York Players). FLC gave us the ability to have it all -- and over an entire weekend! We kicked off our wedding weekend with a relay race down at the lake (highly recommend this as an ice breaker! Our guests were all friendly by the time we made it to the Friday BBQ.) Chapel View was absolutely stunning for our ceremony site and the dining hall looked beautiful for dinner. We rented a tent for the band and dance floor on the patio and had the time of our lives dancing and celebrating all night. The afterparty location at the dance pavilion was perfect as well. We brought in a wood fired pizza truck (Orapello's) that kept everyone fed and happy until the late, late hours of the night. It's the absolute perfect spot for an outdoorsy couple with friends and family that are ready to embrace the adventure of a rustic setting and nontraditional venue. We loved it all. Also, Carlos is a superhero -- I don't think that man slept a wink our entire weekend. We are so grateful for the whole staff & can't wait to return for alumni weekend for years to come!
