About this venue

The Summit Lodge is an exclusive resort. We will only host one wedding per weekend. The entire property is yours for up to 4 days and 3 nights! We can host 50 to 200 people for your ceremony and reception, and can house up to 130 in our cozy lodge. We have 10 acres of beautifully manicured grounds with tons of charm and character inside and out. Outside there are 2 beautiful saltwater pools, fire pit, life-size chess/checkers, horseshoes, corn-hole, shuffleboard, bocce, and an oversized chef’s grill that’s perfect for welcome parties and back yard barbecues. Inside we have O’Dwyer’s Poolside Bar, perfect for cocktail hour, welcome parties, and outside dining. O’Dwyer’s Pub is the ideal spot for rehearsal dinners and after parties. We boast a 15-person saltwater hot tub, billiards, darts, and a photo booth. Stream your ceremony in real time with sound for those who are unable to be with you on your special day.

The Summit Lodge is an amazing place to get married! The staff, grounds, reception hall, food and of course the gazebo were perfect and gave us the wedding we always dreamed of and we are so thankful! We couldn't have asked for anything more!

May, June, July, August, September, October, and November is our peak season.

No, the Summit Lodge Resort is fully licensed by the Vermont Department of Liquor Control. Our bar manager is happy to discuss special requests and to bring in specialty items when available.

Yes, we offer free, self-parking!

Yes, some of our facilities are wheelchair accessible. We also have ramps at the main entrance.

Up to four days and three nights! You may check-in as early as 12pm on the Thursday and check-out by 12pm on the Sunday.

No, the Summit Lodge Resort is not a pet-friendly resort. However, we do make exceptions for the bride and groom, this is offered on a case by case basis. Please reach out to your wedding coordinator if this is of interest to you.
