    Claire made planning our dessert menu an absolute breeze. I wanted simple, minimal, and delicious for a dessert bar and she nailed it. She was wonderful about accommodating a quick tasting while we were travelling from out of state, and made sure to keep us in the loop on all updates. We had honey almond, spice cake, salted caramel, and vegan/GF chocolate cupcakes that were devoured by guests - we were lucky there were a couple left for us to save for ourselves! Claire also lent us some rustic display pieces that just brought everything together flawlessly with our rainy fall day, I could not have asked for better. We are already talking about placing orders on our anniversaries in the future! Thank you for everything Claire3

    Our cake was gorgeous, 2 tiers with white frosting and pearls, and was absolutely delicious! We did a tasting of some other yummy flavors too but ultimately decided on lemon cake with raspberry frosting filling and vanilla outer frosting since I wanted it white! I can’t wait to have a slice on our anniversary!

    Claire was such a joy to work with and helped us figure out exactly what we wanted for our June wedding. Our initial meeting was very pleasant and she brought along tasty treats for us the try! In the end we decided to use her for just our cake and IT WAS PERFECT! And tasty!

    Claire was an absolute gem to work with from the beginning. Communication was always strong and clear with realistic expectations. We got to sample some of her delicious work and talked to her about creating a unique flavor to commemorate our unique wedding. Claire took this challenge and blew it out of the water, keeping us constantly in the loop, working with our florist for the right flowers, and delivered to our venue (also in Brandon, VT) on the wedding day! We wish we could have seen her to give her a true thank you in person but amidst the festivities, we missed seeing her set up, but definitely got to reap the benefits. If you have any needs, we strongly recommend Friday Harvest!
