About this venue

At Hayloft on the Arch we are more than just a DIY venue. We offer extensive coordinating with any package you choose. That means, throughout your planning process we are here to call on with any questions regarding vendors, the timeline, the floor plan of your event, etc. And the day of? Aunt Suzie can rest - we have it all under control! You drop off your decor & we set it up to your specifications. We are on site from the first person who arrives until the end of the event & your belongings are repackaged, making sure your day runs smooth & on schedule.

The Property

Besides the land, you will find a large gravel parking area, lit by vintage light posts, and side walks leading around the building. A 4000+ square patio is the perfect spot for a convenient ceremony location and/or your cocktail hour. Situated in the corner of the patio is our Grain Bin Bar, a showstopper when it comes to outdoor bars. Bring your lawn games to utilize all that grass & don't forget the smores fixings for the fire pit! The chapel that was once an outbuilding, original to the property, is another great ceremony location.

Alisha and her team at Hayloft on the Arch were an absolute pleasure to work with. From our first inquiry, their communication was quick, thorough and attentive, answering every question we had. On the day of our wedding, we were blown away by the beautiful, cozy fall setting they helped create. The entire venue is picturesque and we still have guests raving about how stunning the day was - from the outdoor ceremony, to patio cocktail hour and indoor reception. Alisha, the venue coordinator, was a true pro - she was incredibly detail-oriented and made sure everything was taken care of so we could fully relax and enjoy our special day. We are so grateful to the Hayloft team for helping make our wedding day truly perfect!

Hayloft on the Arch was the perfect venue for our wedding. From the moment we first contacted them, Alisha and the team provided clear, quick, respectful and knowledgeable communication that made the planning process super easy. The venue itself is beautifully lit, open, easily accessible, and spotlessly clean - it was the ideal backdrop for our special day. When we had some last-minute complications with our caterer, Alisha handled the situation very professionally and eased my nerves, ensuring everything went off without a hitch. This is a stunning venue with a wonderful family running it, and we didn't have to worry about a thing. Our wedding day was absolutely perfect, all thanks to the amazing team at Hayloft on the Arch.

We had our wedding at the Hayloft on the Arch last month and were so happy with our choice! The venue coordinator had great communication throughout the entire planning process, and were friendly and knowledgeable every step of the way. On the big day, our coordinator was there from start to finish, helping ensure everything ran smoothly. With indoor and outdoor spaces for the ceremony and reception, the venue offered flexibility and variety for our guests. There was ample seating spread throughout the buildings and grounds so people could sit, eat, drink and mingle comfortably all evening. The value for the beautiful historic venue and grounds was fantastic. We highly recommend the Hayloft on the Arch for weddings and other events!
