No Better Wedding Band in NYC. Period.
Sound Society was the ABSOLUTE highlight of our wedding. They are true musicians, who bring joy and care to their work. Working with Hannah brought a lot of calm and ease to the process. The set up they bring is gorgeous and professional looking. And the sound is just without comparison. I work in the arts, so I have a lot of experience dealing with live music. Rest assured, hiring Sound Society for your event is the biggest gift you can give yourself and your guests. And I do feel the pricing is respectable and fair, given what they provide!
Sound Society brings the party!!!
We booked Sound Society for our wedding last month after seeing them perform at a wedding band showcase and WOW did they deliver!!! We ended up booking Sound Society as a three piece string arrangement for our ceremony and as a 10-piece band for our reception with emcee duties and they hit it out of the park. Every part of the process was simple and organized-- Neil from their team helped us choose special songs for the ceremony, tailor our do-not-plays and must-plays for the evening, and plotted out speaking cues throughout the night. A month later and we are still getting compliments about how alive our wedding band was! I spent two solid hours grooving on the dance floor and have no doubt you would do the same if you booked Sound Society.

So fun, so professional, so easy to work with and their music/vocals are incredible. Our wedding wouldn’t have been the same without them, they definitely kept the part going all night and our guests (even the non-dancers) on the dance floor. Book them, you will be so happy you did!!
Best band ever
It’s been almost a month since my wedding and all anyone can talk about (still!!!) is this band! They were fantastic, high energy, talented beyond measure and knew how to play to their audience. I’m so happy I found them. They were reasonable price compared to other bands we looked at also. Our manager, Hannah, was fantastic with coordination and hearing me out on all of my song requests. 12/10 would definitely contract with again!
