I truly cannot recommend them enough. I can confidently brag that we had the best wedding band I’ve ever heard. We saw them perform at another wedding and booked them in between sets they were so good. For ours, we had a 7 piece band perform for the reception and it was so incredible (Motown, funk, oldies, and pop). They brought great energy and the music was amazing. We got so many compliments from our guests. They also did the audio for the ceremony and cocktail hour (just recorded songs, not live) and MC’ed the whole event. It went so smoothly. We filled out an extensive form they have and then met to review the plan for the day. It went off perfectly and flowed so well. Definitely worth asking for Kelley the pianist because he’s also a great singer. My one note is we got a wireless mic for the ceremony and there was a little delay in the audio so it was a little disorienting to speak like there was an echo. It making reading vows a little hard. So I’d recommend either talking to them about that or going with a wired mic, maybe.

Emerald Empire Band is AWESOME because there are so many choices of instruments and artists. We worked with the producer, Ward, who made great song suggestions and we were able to stay within our budget. The #1 priority for our wedding was a super fun and energetic band with a variety of songs that all ages would enjoy. Ward made this happen! Guests of all ages were out dancing during the ENTIRE reception. My uncle said he couldn't remember the last time he danced so much! Guests sang & danced until the very end. There was a perfect mix of songs & energy for our crowd. We had so many guests and staff at the wedding come up to us saying that was the most fun they've ever had at a wedding. They couldn't believe the enthusiasm of the band. On a side note, they were also very timely and professional. We couldn't have asked for anything better!

I can’t recommend them more. We had a 6 piece band for our wedding and they definitely got the party going! All the guests were dancing as soon as the band started playing and everyone has been talking about them for weeks after. Definitely a bargain for the quality you get. They are professional and easy to work with.

Everyone had the BEST time at our reception and that is all thanks to Emerald Empire. The set list was incredible, they listened to our play/don't play list to a tee, and absolutely brought the fun to the dance floor. I cannot recommend this band enough!

Of course! We love to travel! We do charge extra for the time depending on the location and you’ll need to cover transportation and accommodation for all band members. Ask your producer for a quote based on the specifics of your event. PS–if it’s within a couple hours, that’s included within our basic package at no added charge.

Absolutely! We’re an all-inclusive band with a broad musical repertoire. Want classical music for your ceremony, a jazz set for your cocktail hour, and dance party reception? You’ve got it. Speak to your producer for more specific details and requests.

We play a wide variety of music. From Top 40, to classics, to classical and jazz. You can get an idea of the musical styles you can choose from on our media page.

We have a solid repertoire of songs that will please all of your guests from your 6-year old niece to your grandfather. It’s always important to have some freedom to read the room on the night; but our number one priority is pleasing YOU. Just let us know what you want to hear, and, if it’s not already in our repertoire, we’ll work with you to make your night perfect.

Of course! Just make sure you give us enough notice of your special request so the band has time to learn your song.

The band can absolutely play during dinner, but we’d recommend using your sets when your guests are ready to stand up and get dancing. Our typical event reception includes 4 x 50-minute sets with short DJ sets between the band sets. If you would like a dinner set, please let us know ahead of time as we defer to playing after-dinner sets unless otherwise instructed.
