    We used the Holiday Inn for our room block. We had no issues with their sales office (setting up contracts, etc.), but we had A TON of problems with the hotel itself. Guests had trouble booking rooms in the block (lots of misinformation regarding the block being full/rooms being available), and they closed their bar a month before our wedding and charged us to re-open it. All that being said, once we were there, the staff was friendly, helpful and to my knowledge, no one had any issues. Pickings are slim in this area but I would just say to anyone working with the venue to be forewarned.
