Hi! My name is Madison, but you can call me Maddi. Raised in Maryland, I've lived in Colorado, South Dakota, and Germany. I now live in Philly with my husband and our two dogs. After so many moves, Philly really is the place that feels like home. I've always had a love for photography and I feel privileged to bring my passion to life. I want my photos to capture the genuine feeling of the moment and to reflect you and your story.

Let's be honest - having someone put a camera in your face and going "say cheese" can make anyone feel a little weird. Even if you're feeling awkward, don’t worry! I'll work some magic, throw a little humor in, and help you feel ready for the picture perfect moment. I'll work with you, however that looks, to make sure you're comfortable with everything.     Madison Wilson Photography was a fantastic photographer for our wedding. She was very responsive and thorough in her communication with us leading up to the big day, answering all of our questions in detail. On the wedding day itself, Madison was fast and efficient at taking photos, while still making sure to capture all the special moments. She gave clear directions for posing and navigating the family dynamics and crowds with ease. The photos Madison delivered were beautiful - bright, crisp images that perfectly captured the joy and love of our special day. She was able to edit and deliver the final wedding photos very quickly. Overall, we were extremely happy with Madison's photography services and would highly recommend her to other couples looking for a talented, professional wedding photographer who can beautifully document your memories while also being great to work with.

    Madison came down to DC to shoot some couple photos with myself and my boyfriend. She is communicative, so easy to work with, flexible when we needed to be, and our session flew by. I am definitely biased because I went to college with Maddi, but I fell I love with how natural and real her photos look as her business grew. The photos capture us so well, and we will treasure them forever.

    Madison was honestly the saving grace at my wedding. She did our engagement pictures and photographed our wedding from getting ready to the end of the wedding. In addition to being our photographer, she helped us out in so many other ways. Her photography skills are amazing and my husband and I are so grateful that we found Madison. She was professional, a quick communicator, answered all my questions and I couldn't recommend her enough!! Thank you Madison!!!

    Madison was incredible. The TL;DR is hire her, hire her, hire her, if you want someone professional, incredibly talented, prompt, detail oriented and easy to get along with. The longer version of our amazing experience: We had a bit of a niche micro wedding, and I was initially debating whether to hire a photographer or not. I reached out to a number of potential vendors to help make my decision; Madison was the most responsive, efficient, and helpful communicator by far. We next fell in love with her natural-looking portraits with a mix of posed and candids. She is unpretentious, so low ego, yet her photos come out with so much class and style and elegance. Leading up to our day, she gave us helpful advice re locations (eg think about a rain option!) as well as time of day (we ended up moving our time forward by 30min to make the most use of sunset - something I never would have thought of). After our day, our families kept commenting on how she made them feel so at ease. We got such incredible photos of a day we will treasure forever. As a bonus - our sneak peak had way more than the 10 photos promised (I think nearly 100!) and the full gallery delivery was thorough and so easy to navigate. We are so pleased and would work with Madison again in a heartbeat.
