About this venue

Imagine your guests arriving down our exclusive private tree and split rail lined driveway, being met and greeted by our (complimentary ) parking staff. Golf cart service available to the elderly and infirm. Celebrate your wedding with nothing but meadows and mountains in the background and then party as late as you like in our wedding barn. Enjoy a bonfire and finally stroll off to the perfect ending to a perfect day in the complimentary poolside honeymoon cottage. As a DIY, save money or the sky's the limit as you design your dream wedding and DIY or bring your favorites to do it for you. Do note: Per Vt law: all alcohol must be served by Licensed Vt liquor caterer. If you need suggestions we maintain a (complimentary ) wedding planner guide with local services who do a good job. With over a decade of satisfied brides, we still offer the best deal in the entire region.

Wedding Barn

A guest favorite: The Running of the Alpacas is found no where else. (in the world!!)

This former hay barn opens to the Forest Glen (cocktail) lawn, Haywagon end doors opening (one to the bonfire area), and the Grand entrances thru the front walk through (sunset) doors which access the wedding (game area) lawn. We are limited to one event most weekends so you won't be sharing space and an exclusive warm season venue. The lights are up for you, tables and chairs ready to be placed by your design for guests and a bar area/cocktail lawn to recieve your celebrants

Twinkle lights and candelair are already in place for your enjoyment . Tables and chairs for use indoors for seating and serving up to 250 guests also included. Some farm deco including saddles, cowskulls, saws, whiskey barrels, 1870 Steinway piano, 1888 Carriage and 1929 Model Aa flat bed truck and haybarn for photos. Running of The Alpaca and alpaca interchange time (hand feeding opportunity) Use of bonfire area. Use of the custom 5 place rustic luxury portable restroom trailer.

    Les and Jenny were always open to help and answer any questions. The space was perfect and they helped set everything up even in a time crunch because of another wedding happening. They were immensely helpful in every way. They are a total blessing and the wedding barn is completely worth it and a perfect place for the perfect wedding day!
