We worked with Tiffany C from Mostest. Firstly, she did all the unglamorous, necessary parts of managing vendors and didn't let anything slip through the cracks. Helped us compose a perfect run of show and checked not a single thing was forgotten. She also helped bring things to our attention where we had underthought our planned approach, helping create so many personal, special details for the eventual day. Tiffany was extremely personable and friendly and a joy to work with. Beyond the logistics, the advice on wedding etiquette and what was worth our time to focus on, she was also an island of calm with a strong perspective when details were flying like mad. On the day of she wrangled our family like a pro, setup our centerpieces, and was just generally a force of nature in being the schedule source of truth and making sure we had everything we needed to be happy all day. It’s hard to find the words to properly express how much my (now) husband and I enjoyed working with Shamecha and her amazing team. We’ve actually tried thinking of other ways we could possibly work with her again, as our calls and meetings brought so much excitement. From beginning to end, the planning process was extremely pleasant and our wedding day so special. The weather the day of left much to be desired, but there was such a sense of calm knowing everything was in such capable hands. Shamecha’s attention to detail is unparalleled, she is incredibly organized, and the absolute best at what she does. Brittney was great from beginning to end. She was very responsive throughout the planning process. Her spreadsheets were super helpful to keep all of the information in one space and to keep us on track. She kept an eye on the budget and coordinated all of the vendors. She handled mailing the save-the-dates and invitations, and the RSVPs, as well as lodging logistics and welcome bags. On the day before and day of the wedding she was there trouble-shooting and making sure all went smoothly. Couldn't recommend her enough!

JayLynn was the absolute BEST day of coordinator we could have asked for on our big day! She was so so helpful! She came to our hotel room to pick up the decor and when she arrived the first thing she said was “do you need anything?! What can I do for you?”. She created the perfect timeline for the day and sent it out to all of our vendors so the day went smoothly. She took the extra flowers we had and I told her “do with these what you will” and she used them perfectly! We had a memorial chair for my husbands parents who had passed and she put the flowers there as well as on our cake! I was so impressed with how she used the flowers. The venue was set up exactly how I wanted and it was even more stunning than I expected. JayLynn was on time to pick up the decor and I never once had to stress about her or the set up. I truly did not have to stress at all on our big day and it meant the world to me. All night JayLynn was helping me with either carrying my train, helping me in the bathroom when needed, and even coming up and asking if there was anything I needed. She helped my maid of honor bustle my dress and change my shoes for the reception. At the end of the night JayLynn brought all of our decor back to the hotel for us!! She ended up staying in the same hotel and I’m so so glad she did because I’m sure she had a super busy day and we didn’t want her to drive home from Frisco at midnight. JayLynn was such a sweetheart and made everything run so smoothly. There was not a second in our day that wasn’t smooth and that is because of HER!! We had the absolute best day of our lives and we know that it wouldn’t have been possible without all of her help. JayLynn, thank you from the bottom of our hearts for all of your hard work and your commitment to making our day perfect! We appreciate you and the work you do SO MUCH!! I know that I probably missed so many of the things she did for us because she did it all but we are forever grateful for her and her help!

Working with Miranda, Raquel, and Kylie was a true pleasure. Kylie assisted us at our rehearsal the day before our wedding, practicing the ceremony to ensure we understood the process and best practices for each bridal party member. Miranda and Raquel were there for us on our wedding date, helping set up decor, running to get breakfast for the bridal party, and being the point of contact with all our vendors. At one point, as the bride, I was getting overstimulated with all the pictures being taken in a short amount of time, and Miranda/Raquel had my back by making sure I had water and 30 minutes to center before our ceremony. I'd recommend Start Rose Creations to family and friends for any event.

Lauren and Grace quickly came up to speed on all of the details of our Wedding Weekend and did not waste time coordinating with our vendors. Between their in depth planning documents and Weekend Homework, they covered every last detail and kept us at ease. Grace was our Onsite Manager day-of. Wow. We truly can't recommend Demi, Delaney, Alyssa and the Wilder Mind team enough. They were absolutely amazing and truly contributed to the smoothness and ease of our wedding day. My husband and I typically consider ourselves to be a bit of control freaks, but working with Demi and Delaney we were able put our complete faith in them, let our guard down, and know that their team had it all covered. We used Wilder Mind's Day of wedding coordination services and they were on point from day one of working together pre wedding. The team was so experienced and proactive in the planning calls, thorough details, and overall organization. Having Wilder Mind cover all the minute details for the wedding and thinking of things we never would have thought to consider like ceremony seating, timeline details, and overall wedding etiquette was a huge comfort for us amidst the stress of wedding planning. We had our full trust in Demi that she would handle it, and handle it she did. Demi and Alyssa were thoughtful enough to even record 70 videos and photos for us throughout the night and shared them with us before they left, it was so nice to get to relive the beauty of such a special night after it had just flown by! Having the Wilder Mind team behind us took so much stress off our plates and the cherry on top was that they made us feel like celebrities throughout the night! At the end of the night, back in our hotel room, exhausted and deliriously happy - we both agreed, working with the WilderMind team was some of the best money we spent for our wedding.

I found Cherish Your Vows through a recommendation from my venue in the Keys and from the start I felt Lisa really understood the vibe I wanted for my wedding. She found me a great Dj and her husband handled the Video. I ended up also selecting Lisa for the florals and it was so beautiful. There's a lot of planning and meetings that go into getting a wedding put together... I learned a lot and could not have done it without Lisa. The wedding was beautiful and I am so thankful.

We booked for both florals and planning. We could not be more grateful to Angel for her unbelievable help. When beginning to plan our wedding, we had some vague ideas of what we liked, but were not completely sure. Despite only advertising as a 3 month planner, Angel helped us from the day we booked with her (a little under a year and a half before our wedding). She recommended amazing vendors, let us run ideas and questions by her at any time, and helped us craft the most beautiful day. We intentionally decided that florals would be lower on our list of priorities and expenses. Angel also does florals through Greenhouse Events, and she showed us beautiful photos and had the most reasonable prices of any florist we had met. I had a few requests for florals: namely, I wanted a few peonies for my bouquet in November, and gave a few other types of flowers I'd love to see. Peonies are not in season in November in North America, so I knew it might be difficult. Flash forward to our wedding: Angel had everything so detailed and organized, and everything moved so seamlessly. She absolutely blew us away with her decor and florals. It probably looked like a wedding that would have spent triple what we actually did on florals based on the STUNNING flowers. When I asked for a few peonies, she delivered literal buckets of peonies. Everyone was talking to us about how stunning the decor was, and we couldn't agree more. Angel really picked up on what we did and didn't like, helped us identify the most important parts of the day, and made sure we felt special and taken care of with little things we wouldn't think of already planned for in advance. She also kept everything running smoothly but in a relaxed way that was not pushy or frustrating for guests, and kept us on schedule while allowing for extra time for things as they came up. We could not recommend Angel any more highly. She is truly a lifesaver and made our day unbelievably special and perfect.

Lizzie jumped in as our wedding planner midway through the planning process and didn’t miss a beat! She made every part of the process so seamless. She really took the time to get to know us and our style/preferences and recommended vendors that fit our needs perfectly. It was so nice to have a roadmap and to be able to focus on the big picture, knowing that all of the little details were being taken care of. I’m not even sure where to begin to describe how amazing Events by McKenna is at what they do!! McKenna is the most kind, helpful, and enthusiastic person to assist you during such an important time in your life. She made sure everything went perfectly on our wedding day and every day leading up to it! When we first started our wedding planning journey, we only knew where we wanted to have it, and due to the venue location not regularly being used for weddings, we needed to outsource vendors for everything. That's where McKenna came in and helped us out by hand-picking every vendor that she knew would provide the exact things we were looking for. From catering, florals, furniture rentals, DJ, and all the little details, she knew who would be perfect for the job and she was right about every single one! Every time we had a question or a crazy idea, she had an answer right away and she would do everything she could to make it happen. One thing that we were really hoping for was getting a disco ball above our dance floor, but since we were outdoors, it wasn’t looking promising. McKenna was the one who made sure that we got our disco ball, and it was absolutely perfect! That’s just one example of the many ways McKenna ensured our dream wedding would become a reality. On the day of, McKenna and her team were so efficient and handled everything so that my husband and I could relax and focus on ourselves. We got to our venue and everything was already done and ready to start the day! McKenna was amazing at time management throughout the day, and she was so helpful to not only us, but our families, wedding party and guests as well. Everything went perfectly on schedule and all the crazy ideas that we had came to life with no issues! It was truly the best day of our lives and it wouldn’t have been possible without McKenna’s help! I could write so much more on how incredible Events by McKenna is, but to sum it all up, they are the best choice for your wedding planning and coordinating needs and you will not regret choosing them for your big day!!

Kimberly’s Ever After Planning is the whole reason my day went so smoothly and I didn’t spend the whole day worrying. I hired Kimberly’s Ever After Planning for outside day of coordination for my Disneyland Hotel Wedding. From the moment I booked them, I felt a weight lifted off my shoulders. I knew that my DIY & Personal items would be handled carefully and nobody from the wedding party or any guests would have to take time out of their day to set it up. I had lots of communication from Kimberly from the moment I booked with her until the wedding day. Kimberly and her husband Travis had the same venues as we did for their own wedding, plus she has worked many Disneyland weddings as a planner, so I knew she was someone I could trust to know all the details & peculiarities when having a Disneyland Wedding. On the day of the wedding I just showed Kimberly and Travis all the items I had, I had binned them up and labeled them, and they handled everything from then on. I didn’t need to worry about anything while I was getting my hair & makeup done because they were handling it all and updating me occasionally. Kimberly even ran to get a tide pen for me from my hotel room when I spilled cupcake on my white shirt! At the end of the reception, Kimberly & Travis packed up all my items and they were so smooth at it, I didn’t even notice them while I was dancing with my friends! I also hired Kimberly’s Ever After Planning for content creation, and once everything was set up, Kimberly and Travis got so much footage of behind the scenes, the ceremony, and reception footage. I didn’t know if I wanted to spend the money on a videographer & hiring them for content creation was a happy medium. I definitely recommend hiring Kimberly’s Ever After Planning, especially if you’re having a Disneyland Wedding. They know what they’re doing, and they’re going to take care of you, and care about making your day special just as much as you do.

Katelynn, Bishop and Sophia were on site for my wedding day, and coordinated it flawlessly! They did an excellent job of providing resources to make sure everything was taken care of for the day. I included decoration set up/take down services with their coordination and it made the day so easy- my family and I were fully able to relax and enjoy the day while they set up. I had the most PERFECT wedding day- I’m sure things went wrong along the way, but I never even found out about it because the eventfully designed team took care of it. As a “last-minute bride” with only three months to pull everything together, I was sure I’d be swimming in chaos. But Jennette stepped in and turned what felt impossible into a perfectly coordinated and magical day. Originally, we hired Jennette as a day-of coordinator, but she did so much more than just show up on the day. From our first conversation, she proved to be cheerful, creative, and incredibly responsive—she was answering my emails and texts faster than I could think of new questions! She helped us find and secure those last-minute vendors we were missing, offered brilliant suggestions for timelines and details I hadn’t thought of, and made me feel confident that every piece of the puzzle was coming together. On the wedding day, things didn’t go 100% to plan—because let’s be honest, when does that ever happen? We ran into some scheduling hiccups and issues with the venue, but Jennette’s calm and collected approach saved the day. She quickly reworked the timeline, kept all the vendors on track, and ensured that my husband and I could relax and enjoy ourselves without worrying about the details. The best part? We never even noticed the bumps because she handled everything so seamlessly. Another highlight of working with Jennette was her partnership with Party Dreams Ashburn. We rented several décor items through them, and Jennette’s expertise and creativity transformed our venue into something straight out of a fairytale. Every detail felt thoughtful and personalized, and our guests couldn’t stop talking about how beautiful it all looked. What I loved most about Jennette was her energy and positivity. Planning a wedding in such a short timeframe was overwhelming, but she made the process feel so much easier and even fun! She truly listens, asks the right questions, and works tirelessly to bring your vision to life (or make it even better). The best decision my wife and I made in the entire planning process for our wedding was hiring Carolyn and Fete Events. Keagan was the BEST - we are so thankful we had her help! We used the a la carte options for set-up/take-down day-of our wedding. But Keagan went above and beyond and helped make everything run so smoothly! Set-up would have been a nightmare without her. She totally saw my vision, and took care of everything so I could enjoy the day without thinking about decorations/logistics. We hired Chrissy, as our Day of Coordinator, and overall, the experience was positive. She was incredibly nice and helpful, especially when it came to managing last-minute details. Chrissy stepped in seamlessly to take over everything I spent a year planning and handling unexpected changes, ensuring that everything ran smoothly. However, one area of improvement would be the level of attention to some of our must-have moments. We would highly suggest requesting a second announcement for the cake cutting, as there was so much cake left over from a 4-tier cake and guests wanted to take some with them. Additionally, we felt that we didn’t get as much exposure or focus as we had hoped compared to other couples, other than a picture of the blank balcony, but Chrissy was still able to help. Despite these minor issues, Chrissy was professional, attentive, spunky, and genuinely committed to making our day special. We appreciate the effort and dedication put into the day of coordinating our wedding, especially since it was in the Panhandle.

How much does a wedding planner cost?

What do wedding planners do?

Think of wedding planners as jack-of-all-trades experts when it comes to weddings. Many offer different levels of service to meet your needs. This may mean setting up vendors or directing your wedding party and guests to make sure everyone is where they need to be at the right time.
