We are a mother daughter team who treat you like family. With over 126 weddings under us. Once you book with us we start help just not day of. Helping develop timelines, reminders of where we need to be in the process. Reviewing contracts. Day of we are there for set up, clean up, deco, keeping deserts filled, tables clear, timeline on track, keeping bridal party hydrated and fed. Keeping vendors on track. Take the stress off of you. Need errands ran that day we have you covered. You always get 2 coordinators on the day of your wedding. We have expanded and are taking more weddings with our 5 star team of 6.

We are there to help take stress off of you and family. We start from day 1 with you not just day of so we get to know you and your vision. We also offer decor items from arches to candles and more that you can borrow free of charge when you book with us. we can buss tables and clean up during the night added to package price. we have several calls to make sure that everything is in sync. We are a mother/daughter team who bring passion and love and look at you as family not clients. We want this to be stress free for you and your family. Set back and relax. Your day of starts the day you save the date with us we are not just day of coordinators we hold several meetings via zoom or calls -Setup/teardown of ceremony/reception -Unlimited communication via email/phone -Timeline creation -Help with seating chart -Vendor confirmations -Day of contact for vendors -Emergency kit for forgotten items -Use of our decor, flowers, arches and desert items. $875 plus travel fee Add bussing to pkg for $140 extra

We start from day one when you reserve your date. Helping find all vendors and joining the calls with you to help you ask all the right questions. We help with set up, tear down and timeline on the day of the wedding and serve as your go to person

this is a 2 day package we help with planning from time of booking to day of. we help with rehearsal, set up, tear down, bussing, errands and much more in this package.

just need help serving and bussing tables we can help with food prep and clean up only.

    Connie and Justine were amazing! From bringing them onto our planning process, to helping with day prior organizing/set-up, to bring there through every step of the wedding day, our wonderful event coordinators helped ease the stress surrounding the event and truly acted above and beyond what was expected. We cannot state enough how detailed and thorough they were with making sure every aspect of the wedding was considered to ensure the day went how we wanted it to.     Connie and Justine blew away my expectations! Leading up to the event, Connie kept great communication so that I never felt forgotten about or like a number. She asked such thorough questions giving me so much comfort knowing my wedding was in good hands. Day of- they were prompt, efficient, seamless. They thought of everything and came up with solutions on the spot for anything going not according to plan. They treated us like royalty and were so professional. I would hire them 100 times over again.

    Connie and Justine were honestly our saving grace!! No task/request was too big or too small for them to help with! They listening, they understood, they perfected everything to make the day perfect!! Connie was the main source of communication — she answered texts and emails very quickly, and was very thorough going through the timeline to make sure everything was PERFECT! We had a lot of vendors coming in and a lot of moving parts that needed to come together for the day to be a success! Connie was able to communicate with them all, reached out to one I hadn’t heard from in a while, and even went above and beyond to call and confirm a few orders even the day before to make sure everything was set! I was able to let go of control, and trust that connie would bring it all to life! The day was perfect!!!! And i cannot thank Beautiful Crazy Coordinator enough for everything!!!!!

    From the moment I first spoke with Justine from Beautiful Crazy Coordinator, I knew I was in good hands. Their communication style was professional, frequent, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire wedding planning process. The quality of their work was simply outstanding - they brought an artistic flair to every detail, and ensured everything was executed in a timely and stress-free manner. Justine called me multiple times leading up to the wedding to make sure she fully understood my vision, and when I walked into the reception on the big day, it was even better than I could have dreamed! She also came back later that night to expertly tear down the decor and get it ready to load into the cars. I felt completely at ease the entire day, and all of my guests were amazed at how beautifully the venue was decorated. I'm so grateful I gave Justine artistic freedom with a few of my ideas, as she exceeded all of my expectations. I have already recommended Beautiful Crazy Coordinator to several of my friends with upcoming weddings.
