We are a mother daughter team who treat you like family. With over 173 weddings under us. Once you book with us we start helping just not day of. Helping develop timelines, reminders of where we need to be in the process. Reviewing contracts. Day of we are there for set up, clean up, deco, keeping deserts filled, tables clear, timeline on track, keeping bridal party hydrated and fed. Keeping vendors on track. Take the stress off of you. Need errands ran that day we have you covered. You always get 2 coordinators on the day of your wedding. We have no time caps. We have expanded and are taking more weddings with our 5 star team of 6.

We are there to help take stress off of you and family. We start from day 1 with you not just day of so we get to know you and your vision. We also offer decor items from arches to candles and more that you can borrow for free when you book with us. we can buss tables and clean up during the night. we do several calls. In our showroom you can set up mock tables and use our inventory. We are a mother/daughter team who bring passion and love. you are family not clients. Description	Your day of starts the day you save the date with us we are not just day of coordinators we hold several meetings via zoom or calls -Setup/teardown of ceremony/reception -Unlimited communication via email/phone -Timeline creation -Help with seating chart -Vendor confirmations -Day of contact for vendors -Emergency kit for forgotten items -Use of our decor, flowers, arches and desert items. $875 plus travel fee Add bussing to pkg for $140 extra	We start from day one when you reserve your date. Helping find all vendors and joining the calls with you to help you ask all the right questions. We help with set up, tear down and timeline on the day of the wedding and serve as your go to person	this is a 2 day package we help with planning from time of booking to day of. we help with rehearsal, set up, tear down, bussing, errands and free use of our inventory

From the moment we first spoke with Beautiful Crazy Day of Coordinator, we knew we were in good hands. Their communication was always timely, kind, and professional. The quality of their work was simply wonderful - they were outstanding in their attention to every detail, and truly made our wedding day so smooth and seamless. They were so kind as to put the flowers in the vases and made them look so beautiful. At one point my feet were hurting, and Justine's daughter ran to the ceremony building to get my other shoes, without any prompting. They made sure that we had snacks on our table, and were so attentive throughout the whole night. They even went above and beyond and set out all our prepared appetizers for the guests. They were both incredible and really felt like family. Beautiful Crazy Day of Coordinator is worth every penny and more - they are simply the best, and we can't thank them enough for helping make our wedding day so special.

The team at Beautiful Crazy Coordinator was an absolute dream to work with. Their communication style was clear, thankful, and happy throughout the entire planning process. The quality of their work and the value they provided was absolutely marvelous. The decor rentals they included were perfect for our vision, and the mother-daughter team truly made us feel like we were part of their family. We received so many positive messages and holiday wishes from them, which made the experience even more special. I cannot recommend Beautiful Crazy Coordinator highly enough - they contributed immensely to making our wedding day perfect.

I have not had my wedding yet, but I hired Beautiful Crazy as my decorators and they lowered their price for me so I could stay in budget! Not only are they super generous but also let me use their inventory for free! I definitely recommend these wonderful girls to help with your wedding!!!! they are so kind, organized, and know exactly what they’re doing :)

Connie and Justine were incredible! There are no doubts in my mind that the day went as smoothly as it did because they were there behind the scenes to get the job done. I would recommend them to every and anyone for such a special day that you want to go seamlessly.

We are a mother and daughter team you always get 2 people We have expanded and now have a 5 person team. My daughter and I are co-owners and you are guaranteed 1 of us at your wedding if not both of us. All calls and emails are handled by Me (Connie) we as a team meet the day before to go through all details of your wedding and print for a binder to take with us. You will always get 110% from all of us. We are consistently moving to and looking at the day seeing where we are needed.

We have done 92 weddings. We have been in business since 2021 and since have expanded our business and now have a team of 5. You always get one owner with you and one helper at your event. We travel all over Michigan, Ohio and Indiana if we travel over 2 hours we do ask for a hotel stay. We do monthly calls. We walk venues to know exactly how you want things placed. We use headsets so we are not always hunting for each other or people if you need us you may walkie us and we will run for you while we are setting up We will run errands for you on the day of the wedding.

We are a full planning and coordinating service provider. We do showers, rehearsals, baby showers, birthdays and corporate events.

We are here for you. When you need us we are there. Our package includes full day with no time limit. We can start at 8:30 and end at 12:30am. We will do at least 3 calls up until the wedding. Each month you will get updates and reminders of things you may have forgotten. We provide checklist and can help with seating charts with our templates that show exactly who sets at what spot when we are provided a seating chart name list. If you choose the 2 day package we will help run the rehearsal and practice until you are confident.
