We are a mother daughter team who treat you like family. We have been in business since 2021. Once you book with us you get us from day one. Helping develop timelines, reminders of where we need to be in the process. The day of we are on 200% for you from set up, deco, keeping deserts filled, tables clear, timeline on track, keeping bridal party hydrated and fed. Keeping vendors on track and where they need to go. Need errands ran that day we have you covered. You always get 2 coordinators on the day of your wedding. We have expanded and are taking more weddings reach out to see if your date is available
setting up the venue to setting up the decor to setting up the food tables in such a short amount of time. We are there to help take that off of you. We also offer decor items from arches to candles and more that you can borrow free of charge when you book with us. we can buss tables and clean up during the night added to package price. we have several calls to make sure that everything is in sync. We are a mother/daughter team who bring passion and love and look at you as family not clients. We want this to be stress free for you and your family. Set back and relax. Helping find all vendors and joining the calls with you to help you ask all the right questions. We help with set up, tear down and timeline on the day of the wedding and serve as your go to person | this is a 2 day package we help with planning from time of booking to day of. we help with rehearsal, set up, tear down, bussing, errands and much more in this package. | just need help serving and bussing tables we can help with food prep and clean up only. |

Wedding life savers!
From the moment I first spoke with Justine from Beautiful Crazy Coordinator, I knew I was in good hands. Their communication style was professional, frequent, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire wedding planning process. The quality of their work was simply outstanding - they brought an artistic flair to every detail, and ensured everything was executed in a timely and stress-free manner. Justine called me multiple times leading up to the wedding to make sure she fully understood my vision, and when I walked into the reception on the big day, it was even better than I could have dreamed! She also came back later that night to expertly tear down the decor and get it ready to load into the cars. I felt completely at ease the entire day, and all of my guests were amazed at how beautifully the venue was decorated. I'm so grateful I gave Justine artistic freedom with a few of my ideas, as she exceeded all of my expectations. I have already recommended Beautiful Crazy Coordinator to several of my friends with upcoming weddings.

Connie and Justine from Beautiful Crazy Coordinator were amazing wedding planners to work with. Their communication style was extremely listening, communicative, and understanding throughout the entire planning process. They were hardworking, organized, compassionate, kind, and generous in helping to bring our wedding vision to life. When we had a last minute situation arise hours before the wedding, Connie and Justine showed great compassion and understanding, working with us to see our vision through and make our day truly special. From beginning to end, I loved working with them both and will be forever grateful for their efforts in making our wedding day one to remember.

I was so glad and grateful we hired Connie as the day of coordinator for my son's wedding. She made everything so easy for us to just enjoy the day while being mindful of the bride's wishes to ensure a perfect day. With the bride's permission she added decor to the tables that made them stand out and set up a outstanding dessert table. She got things done and was there when we needed without overstepping in way. Teardown was completed and everything packed up without me really noticing the work had been done, allowing us to be free to leave when the party was over after a very long day. I highly recommend her and the services she provides.
