At my core, I believe in doing things 100% or not at all. To me, that means focusing on every detail — big, small, or unusual. We ensure you feel supported and confident on your big day through a thoughtful and personalized approach. What that looks like varies for each client, and we discover it by asking the right questions and truly listening. This commitment to tailoring our services is what makes us a "luxury" provider. We offer authentic, mindful assistance that meets your needs, often before you even ask.

Sometimes, this means understanding the look you want, even when you can’t quite describe it. Other times, it’s advocating for you by creating a quiet space so we can finish your hair and makeup in peace. It could be discreetly placing a cold pack under your dress on a hot day or having a snack ready when you're lightheaded from missing breakfast. More often than you'd think, it's us sewing you into your dress moments before the ceremony. Ultimately, it’s about showing up for you with empathy, preparedness, and a bit of “Mom Energy” on a day that can feel overwhelming.

    Drake Artistry, did the hair and makeup for my wedding and they did an amazing job! The makeup trial was great and the planning forms helped with communication with my out-of-town bridesmaids. The clear communication with Crystal was appreciated and vital to alleviating a lot of my anxieties while planning. By the morning of the wedding, I never doubted my bridal party and I would look beautiful. On the day of the wedding, Kaity and Nicole did an exceptional job. They made an early early morning a fun time and had everyone in and out of the makeup/hair chairs on schedule. I had an artist on retainer up until my ceremony time and Kaity was a delight and kept me sane and hydrated before everything started. Everyone's hair and makeup still looked gorgeous at the end of the night, even after all the crying and partying. I am not someone who wears makeup day-to-day and they made me feel and look like the most beautiful version of myself. Quality service that I knew I could rely on, I could not recommend them more!

    I was worried about getting a make-up in the US because American makeup style can be very different from Korean one and does not go well with me. However, Crystal and her associate did a great job. I was so pleased with their work and received many compliments throughout the day. My mother and sister who shared the similar concerns and received makeup and hair services were also very pleased with their work. I also enjoyed Crystal's professionalism. Highly recommended!

    I loved working with Crystal! Makeup & Hair was one of the most important things I wanted to get right for my wedding day. From the initial consultation call, Crystal was very knowledgeable about Asian features and able to provide clear answers to my questions. My trial was long but detail oriented, I loved the way Crystal communicated and was able to give productive advice for my makeup and hair. The day of, my hair and makeup turned out better than I could've imagined. My bridesmaids were also really pleased with their hair and makeup as well. During the retention service, Crystal went above and beyond to keep me hydrated, and provided snacks, and touchups to my hair, makeup, and even my dress! All in all, I highly recommend Crystal and her team to be a part of anyone's wedding day!

    I was first drawn to Crystal's diverse portfolio as I was looking for someone who was familiar with asian makeup and with how to apply make up to a monolid. She does! I was pleasantly surprised with how detailed she is. She really gets to know what you want and also brings her experience to giving you the best lasting makeup that looks amazing on camera. She has an extensive process of getting to know you, from initial questionnaire to the trial to the actual wedding day itself. The make up lasted all day! You could also add services to have an artist follow you during your wedding day to touch up make up and hair so even if you cry or your hair gets blown around, you will be in good hands!
