Planners who are organized and fun!
We really enjoyed working with the fantastic ladies of Maye Events! They planned and executed a wonderful day - it involved a lot of moving parts and people, yet they handled this all with professionalism, organization, enthusiasm and ease! Highly recommend Maye for your wedding and event coordination needs.
Wedding Coordination
I recently used Maye Events for my wedding, and I couldn’t have asked for better coordinators! Chelsea and Kali made the day go by so smoothly, kept everything on track, helped with logistics, and setup. They were a great asset to our day and were a big part of making our day so special. They are absolutely worth the investment and I would highly recommend them to anyone needing coordinating services for an upcoming event.

Maye Events was the day of coordinator for my daughter’s wedding this past May. They were so very easy to work with, very professional, and made sure the day was just perfect. As the mother of the bride, I had nothing to worry about, everything was taken care of. I heard many comments from all of the vendors about how organized, professional, and easy to work with Maye Events was that day. I would recommend them to everyone!

Maye Events is the best!! They were wonderful on our wedding day! All of the coordinates were so helpful knowledgeable when it came to setting up a day of timeline and contacting all of the vendors for us! This was so helpful the day of, having a main person to contact all of the vendors so they were not contacting the bride/groom and or parents. We were able to relax and enjoy the day! They made the day a breeze for us and could NOT have done it without them. Highly recommend to everyone and anyone getting married!!! They’re the BEST !!
