Chive is owned by Suzy Silvestre where she flex' her catering and event planning skills. In her past life she provided Marketing and Business Development where she was the constant Event Coordinator. Chive became a popular destination for events and sought out for wedding catering. Fast forward Chive has become a full time Caterer and Event Planner and we love every minute of it.

Chive is custom and original. We enjoy looking at each project, learning about our clients, incorporating our clients backgrounds and vibe into all of the elements of their event. Chive is clean and calm. Chive enjoys bringing old world design and ideas together with modern touches and clean lines. Details are important to us. Where others might not know exactly what we did; we know that our attention to detail created an entire experience that guests will never forget.

All I can say is, WOW! Suzy and her team were an excellent addition to our wedding weekend. She assisted in the running of our rehearsal and ceremony. Day of our wedding she assisted with setup and teardown, the movement of decor, and just making sure we were taken care of. She was an asset in making our wedding day stress free!

Chive catering provides more than delicious food. They also offer wedding planning, table settings, decor rentals, bartending and day of coordination! Suzy and her staff are wonderful to work with and always go above and beyond to make sure their couples never have to worry about a thing. Always a pleasure to work with them!

As the venue manager, Chive Catering Events were prompt and professional with excellent communication throughout the planning process. The food looked delicious and guests were very pleased from what I was able to gather. I would definitely recommend their services for any event!

Suzy and the Chive team made the wedding of our dreams happen. Suzy is incredibly professional, communicative, and REALLY knows her stuff—I literally cannot imagine pulling our wedding off without her and her amazing team. From ceremony flow to table layout to place settings, we didn’t have to worry about a single thing the day of and were able to just enjoy our wedding day! If you want it done, she will coordinate it and go above and beyond. We also had Chive cater our wedding and it was absolutely incredible!! Guests are still telling me months later how much they enjoyed the food. Suzy put together a personalized menu for us and knocked it out of the park. She also had lots of options as far as service (buffet, family style, or plated), so it really is a completely customizable experience! Thank you Suzy and Chive team. I recommend Chive with the absolute highest enthusiasm!
