Rachel and the RBE team truly did the most amazing job with planning and managing our wedding weekend. From the rehearsal dinner to the afterparty, Rachel and the team helped us determine our vision, find unique elements that made the events really our own, and executed it all flawlessly. Over 16 months of working together, Rachel found us amazing vendors that I feel so honored to have worked with and helped us shape our vision from scattered pinterest and instagram photos to a fully executable plan with color schemes, flower preferences, and lighting design. She understood what was important to us and made sure that we felt comfortable with every decision. I loved how much we were able to collaborate and brainstorm together -- Rachel was always happy to indulge my latest idea or interview a new vendor I wanted to consider. My biggest fear with wedding planning was that I wouldn't be able to actually enjoy all of the events. Rachel completely stuck to her promise that my husband and I would feel like guests at our own wedding. I wholeheartedly trusted the RBE team to make the right judgement calls and handle any situation that might arise -- so much so that I have no idea if anything actually happened! It's hard to believe that I won't be on regular texting / emailing / google meeting communications with Rachel and the team, but I know they are hard at work providing the same personalized and dedicated guidance to future couples. Anyone would be lucky to work with this team!

I don't even know where to start - but what I'll say is that our dream wedding would not have been possible without the RBE team. I'm a pretty type A person, and initially doubted whether I even needed a planner. But looking back on everything that went into planning my wedding, I know I could not have done it without Lizzie and Rachel. Lizzie was by our side since the beginning, helping me (not a creative person) bring my creative vision to life, and taking all the work - that really started to pile up at the end - off my plate. Wedding planning is an incredibly stressful process, but the organization, industry knowledge, and most of all, calm/friendly/positive demeanor that Lizzie always had allowed me to push past the stress and enjoy the time for what it was. She was always accessible when we had questions and gave us the honest advice we often needed. I always felt like her priority was making our wedding as amazing as possible. Meanwhile, Rachel supported us on our actual wedding day, and I can't express how helpful and calming her presence was. My only regret is not having her there at my rehearsal dinner! I was able to fully focus on being present for my special day because I was confident I could trust her to get everything done on time and extremely well, and she delivered! My friends were truly astounded at how smoothly and timely the whole day went. Rach, you made sure everything went off without a hitch, with a positive attitude the entire time. Simply put, the RBE team are kind, supportive, organized, understanding, talented, and really, truly there for you. They feel more like friends than vendors, but manage to balance that with hard work that you can see the results of. You can trust that they will do everything in their power to make your day perfect. I couldn't recommend them enough!!

Lizzie jumped in as our wedding planner midway through the planning process and didn’t miss a beat! She made every part of the process so seamless. She really took the time to get to know us and our style/preferences and recommended vendors that fit our needs perfectly. Every request was met with a positive attitude and a willingness to make anything work. It was so nice to have a roadmap and to be able to focus on the big picture, knowing that all of the little details were being taken care of. The day of our wedding was totally stress-free and executed perfectly so that we were able to enjoy our time with loved ones. We didn’t even find out until after the event that our pizza order for the after-party had been cancelled! Lizzie somehow made sure it still showed up as expected. We can’t recommend RBE’s team enough to anyone planning a wedding in NYC or beyond. The level of care and thoughtfulness truly exceeded expectations and didn’t go unnoticed by our guests. Thank you, RBE, for bringing our vision to life!

We cannot express enough how grateful we are for Lizzie and Rachel from RBE for making our destination wedding in Mykonos the most magical experience of our lives. From the moment we started planning from NYC, Lizzie was incredibly thoughtful, organized, and responsive, ensuring every detail was perfectly executed. Lizzie and Rachel’s energy and enthusiasm were infectious, and they made every aspect of the three-day event feel seamless, even when we encountered a few surprises along the way. Their attention to detail and ability to handle everything with such grace and positivity amazed not only us but also our guests, who continuously complimented how perfectly organized and timed everything was. Lizzie’s thoughtfulness extended beyond the event itself. Returning to our room after our wedding night to find our wedding stuff so perfectly organized was the warmest touch. She truly made us feel taken care of from start to finish. If you’re looking for wedding planners who are professional, personable, and go above and beyond, Lizzie and Rachel are the only right choice. Rachel takes pride in working with her clients directly. She’s involved from start to finish. When needed, she’ll bring on associates who will work side-by-side with her. She’s met incredible professionals over the years and brings on like-minded and task-oriented individuals like herself.

Rachel has been a planner all her life (it’s embedded in her personality) but she’s been professionally planning events since 2010, when she managed nationwide events across college campuses with Rent the Runway. Couples should expect to spend a minimum of $1,000 per guest for a wedding. Please note that this estimate includes the wedding night only, not our planning fee, your wardrobe, etc. To ensure an unforgettable event, we want our clients to experience working with the best vendors possible. It depends on your event! Rachel will be your main point of contact and she’ll assemble a team of trusted freelancers and stylists to bring your vision to life. Additionally, she has a team of seasoned operation managers to assist on the Big Day.

Super fun :) We’ll take our time getting to know you and your vision for the event. You’ll then be presented with vendors who are not only amazing at what they do, but are also good people. You deserve the best—and that’s what we’ll provide, incorporating unique twists and exciting ideas that reflect your personal taste and style. RBE will be there for you at every moment you want us to be, from setup to take-down. On the day of your party, you’ll be able to be your own guest and not worry about a thing.

We’re in the office from Monday to Friday from 10am-5pm. While we’re flexible with evening meetings, we need notice to secure them. It’s very rare that we can take weekend meetings (due to our wedding and social clients), BUT we will never say “no” before trying our best to accommodate.

Our passports are ready! Whether your event is domestic or foreign, we’ll be there! Keep in mind, events outside of New York and the Tri-State area include additional fees. Contact us to inquire!

We provide guidance every step of the way, from helping you select vendors to reviewing contracts. While you’ll be responsible for paying the vendors directly, we’ll keep you on track by sending upcoming payment reminders.
