SnoScoops came out of a need for a refreshing yet delish dessert that met my dietary needs. In 2024, I went on the Paleo diet as part of the 75 Hard, and found it difficult to find a dessert that was sugar free, dairy free and oat free so I made my own. She later attended the Institute of Culinary Education and honed her craft in the Michelin-starred kitchens of Babbo and Blue Hill at Stone Barns, where she was Pastry Sous Chef. The Evercake concept started as I was ordering flowers online while skimming Pinterest for my toddler's birthday cake. I wanted a beautiful cake that I could add to a cart and have delivered. Why didn't this exist? A few months later, The Evercake was born. We are different in that we are strictly buttercream based (no overworked fondant here). Our recipes are tried and true, slightly less sweet, and with designs aimed to be worthy of your celebrations. We don't have a traditional storefront with overhead to worry about it, which means we don't have to mark up our cakes to account for this.

Here is the corner stone of our house, Mr. Armando Leyva. At the very young age of 23, along side his wife Mrs. Lorely Leyva, they decided to follow in his fathers foot steps and enter the bakery business. Still a novice to the bakery world, he leaned on his fathers many years of expeciece as a bread master. Much to his surpise the bakery was much more than just breads, soon they would discover many talents needed to be learned and fast.

Daniel Colonel loves telling stories through dessert. As a child, he was fascinated with food and always interested how it was made. He took his love for food, and sweet tooth to the Culinary Institute of America where he graduated in Baking and Pastry Management. Daniel's favorite part of the process is connecting with the couple and getting to know their love story. Wedding cakes with sugar flowers are his specialty but during the pandemic, he has began other sweet ventures including mini premium desserts that are served in cones and cookie boxes.

My great, great, great grandfather, Achille, moved from his small mountaintop town of Picinisco, Italy to Glasgow, Scotland. He made ice cream at home and sold it from a pushcart as he walked the city streets. Eventually he opened his own ice cream shop and brought his sons into the business.

Duchess of Cameron is a woman-owned NYC- and Colorado-based high-end cake studio specializing in bespoke handpainted designs. Babka Bailout began as a way to help a friend struggling to make rent and feed her family during the pandemic. When founder/owner Michal Prevor learned about a fellow mom’s desperation, she immediately opened her heart, rolled up her sleeves and began baking towards a brighter future.
