Being trained and having worked in Michelin starred restaurants, I learned how to make all sorts of frozen confections. That shaped me in creating Nepita, an artisan ice cream pop up shop offering flavors inspired by Corsica!

Sweet Kee's was created with the purpose of bringing people together, fostering community, and inspiring joy through our specialty, handcrafted creations. We offer a variety of hard candies including traditional round lollipops, ring lollipops, bling stick lollipops, and edible peppermint shot glasses that are perfect as part of a candy or dessert table, or as gifts and favors. We also offer specialty novelties such as hot cocoa jars, small-batch fruit jams, and beverage infusion kits to pair with wine, liquor, or non-alcoholic beverages. We are a Hudson Valley, New York business, and ship throughout New York State.

We partner with local New York State farms, as well as other small farms globally, such as Hattori Farms, who make the matcha we use in our gelato. SnoScoops came out of a need for a refreshing yet delish dessert that met my dietary needs. In 2024, I went on the Paleo diet as part of the 75 Hard, and found it difficult to find a dessert that was sugar free, dairy free and oat free so I made my own. Mini Melanie was founded in 2015 by sisters Melanie and Diana Moss. Melanie grew up baking with their grandmother, and her hobby steadily grew into an obsession. While attending Northwestern University, Melanie studied in Paris and was Sous Chef at Cours de Cuisine atelier. She later attended the Institute of Culinary Education and honed her craft in the Michelin-starred kitchens of Babbo and Blue Hill at Stone Barns, where she was Pastry Sous Chef. Melanie’s desserts have been recognized in the 2016 New York City Michelin guide, and in 2018, Melanie became Champion of a special-themed chocolate competition on Food Network’s CHOPPED.

My great, great, great grandfather, Achille, moved from his small mountaintop town of Picinisco, Italy to Glasgow, Scotland. He made ice cream at home and sold it from a pushcart as he walked the city streets. Eventually he opened his own ice cream shop and brought his sons into the business.
