We partner with local New York State farms, as well as other small farms globally, such as Hattori Farms, who make the matcha we use in our gelato. We offer a well rounded assortment of gelato in seasonal, rotating flavors. All flavors are available in dairy and vegan varieties.

In 2024, I went on the Paleo diet as part of the 75 Hard, and found it difficult to find a dessert that was sugar free, dairy free and oat free so I made my own. I took my first cake decorating class in 1999. I absolutely fell in love with cake decorating from day one and, over 20 years later, find myself just as passionate about decorating as I was in that first class. In 2015, I reached one of my biggest goals as a cake decorator, and proudly have my own commercial kitchen. I have made hundreds of wedding and specialty cakes through the years.
