Hello, my name is Erica and I'm the owner of Ebakes Cakes. I make custom cakes, cupcakes, and treats for all occasions. I've been baking for 4 years, and I absolutely love it. My passion for baking began making my kids birthday cake. I fell in love! Every cake is created with love. Whether your event is big or small we provide a luxury experience.     We communicated over text and I sent Erica pictures of the cake inspiration I had in mind. She took her time arranging all the flowers on the cake beautifully and would always check with me to ask if it's what I wanted - and yes, I loved it! The cake was delicious, with each tier having its own flavor like strawberries and cream and Oreo. The two additional tres leches cakes were also terrific, and my guests were very happy. Thank you, Erica! Everyone loved the cake and they didn't expect the different flavors - all delicious, by the way, and I ate most of the cake pops! I will definitely reach out to you for my next event. Wish you well.

    Ebakes cake is hands down one of the greatest cakes I had! She made each layer a different flavor, and each flavor had a filling that complemented each other so well. I had wedding guess coming up for seconds and by the time I saw the entire cake was gone by the end of the wedding!
