Our wedding planning business was born out of a love for all things dreamy and romantic. We understand that every detail matters when it comes to planning your wedding. That's why we're committed to paying close attention to the small things, while keeping the big picture in mind. Our hope for all of our clients is for them to feel the love and care we've put into building oso events. Your special day matters to us, and we always want to go above and beyond to make it exactly what you envisioned. Our goal is to ensure that you feel comfortable every step of the way to make informed decisions and to make the process as stress-free as possible.

As two career professionals with complementary skill sets, you receive two planners for the price of one! Raymundo will handle numbers and contracts. Michelle and the rest of our team will handle everything else. She will bring your wedding vision to life and offer unconditional support, whether by offering a tissue for your happy tears or a drink for your happy dance. We pride ourselves on our flexibility and are confident in our ability to execute your plans, no matter how unique!

    I cannot express how much the team helped our wedding come to life. We knew nothing about weddings. All we wanted was nice and clean without being too extravagant. They ran with our thoughts and helped us through the whole process without hesitation. They were quick with responses and always put us first. They were just like close friends who wanted us to succeed. Our wedding was so beautiful. Thank you so much

    Working with the Oso team was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding! We actually hired them about 2 years in advance, so we got to work with them for a super long time! One of the biggest reasons that we wanted to hire Oso specifically was because of their decor inventory, which was 100% available to use at no additional cost with their full wedding planning package. Weddings can be extremely wasteful in terms of decor, so it was nice to be able to consciously be a bit more sustainable! We honestly ended up hiring Oso for so many other services as well — Michelle did an amazing job with our signage, they also have a great photobooth package, and Michelle’s sister owns Bobaholics so we were able to get a discounted rate for a boba bar! It really felt like a one-stop shop :) Michelle, Gen, Raymundo, and Gennie were all so helpful in coordinating with vendors and giving us wedding advice/guidance - working with them also gave us confidence that we weren’t missing any important steps or details of wedding planning. They were also available by text/email anytime, and they always responded extremely quickly, which I so appreciated! Talking to them felt more like talking to friends who were super passionate about wedding planning! On the actual day of the wedding, my husband and I felt so stress-free because of Oso - they seamlessly guided everyone to stay on schedule, had walkie talkies to communicate with each other, and constantly asked us if we needed any food/water/etc. They took care of passing out our vendor tips, and set up all of our decor with time to spare! When people ask us for wedding planning advice, we always say that hiring a planner was the best decision we made - specifically Oso Events! They are truly the best at what they do :) We could not be more grateful to them!

    Oso events has been such a great please sure to work with! I am a venue manager for a high volume event venue in downtown San Jose and we keep OSO events on the top of our preferred vendor list for a reason. Their talent, attentivness, attitude, and dedication will ensure your wedding or event will operate seamlessly and your expectations are exceeded. Its is alwasy refreshing to work with planners who keep a great energy going throughout set up with vendors, show time, all the way to strike. Thanks OSO events :)
