    From the beginning, Athena made us feel at ease with starting and getting into the whole wedding planning process by having enthusiasm and confidence. She treated us more like friends than clients. She always had suggestions ready for the decisions that were tough for us and made sure deadlines were set and checked in when needed. The ideas she suggested were always catered towards our personalities and mindful of our budget. The in-person meetings were always productive and further gave us confidence that our big day would be what we were hoping for. On the day of, Athena was the perfect coordinator. She knew every detail we wanted and orchestrated things behind the scenes to make it work without giving us any stress. We're both very grateful that we had Athena as our planner for our special day.

    One of the things most of our guests complimented us on was how incredible our wedding coordinator was! Athena was an absolute delight to work with for our wedding. From the very first interaction, she was friendly, welcoming, and made us feel at ease throughout the entire planning process. She ensured that every detail of our special day was executed to perfection. Athena herself went above and beyond, dressing up to match our Gatsby wedding theme, bringing me snacks and drinks when she knew everyone else was busy, picking me up and dropping me off as needed throughout the venue, she definitely ensured I was taken care of. She seemed to be everywhere at once, guiding us and our guests through the day seamlessly. I don't know how I would have got through the day without Athena's outstanding support - she is an absolute gem, and I would recommend Athena to any couple looking for an incredible wedding coordinator.     Our wedding day would not have been as seamless and stress-free without Athena! She was incredibly organized, detail-oriented, and went above and beyond to make our day truly extraordinary. She treated us like friends, not just clients. From coordinating with the reception venue and running the ceremony rehearsal to setting up the spaces, decorating, arranging flowers, and keeping us on schedule, she handled everything flawlessly. Athena's hard work was also recognized by our guests. Everybody was impressed with her efforts and 5 star work. Athena's professionalism and dedication allowed us to fully enjoy our special day without any worries. We highly recommend her to anyone looking for a top-tier day-of coordinator!

    We have worked on weddings with Athena for over 5 years! Athena is professional, responsive and detail oriented. She has a solid understanding of what’s involved in setting up a dessert table and wedding cake (the process, timing, important factors like temperature, no direct sun exposure, etc) so the wedding day plan she puts together reflects that. She always provides clear and concise instructions for us vendors, and is always readily available to answer any questions before and on the day of. She also does a great job taking pictures and videos of the beautiful dessert table setup before guests dig in, we love her for that! Athena is very easy to work with, and we look forward to continue working with her celebrating new couples!
