My name is Jennette and I would love to be a part of your special day! I got into wedding coordinating on accident! One random day a few years ago, one of my friends asked if I would assist her in a few of her weddings. From that day on, I have been working weddings and my interest in them grew! My company is named after my beloved doggie, Lilo. She is a boxer mix hound, and she is surely a sassy one! She is lively, fierce and isn't afraid to have a good time. My vision for Lilo Weddings is to deliver a stress free and memorable event while working side by side with amazing vendors on the couple's wedding day!

I would be the point of contact for all of your vendors about 6-8 weeks before your event and I will know the ins and outs of your special day! Above and Beyond Amazing Coordinator and Team
Jennette was a blessing to work with! We booked the 2 months of coordination but from the day of booking up to the 2 months out Jennette was following up with us monthly to ensure we had everything we needed. It was easy to see Jennette loves what she does and holds herself to the highest standards. Every time we saw Jennette, whether it was through Zoom, or in person, she was always gleaming with a smile on her face. Working with Jennette was like talking to a friend. Even when we were stressed about non responsive vendors, or not having items ready the day before the wedding, she was able to proactively find solutions and resolve any issue. We did so many DIY things for our wedding and we had specific ways we wanted things to be placed or shown and with little to no instruction, she set up everything flawlessly. It was breathtaking walking into the reception and seeing everything set up exactly as we imagined it in our heads as if she knew what we wanted. Thank you Jennette and Donna for being with us on our wedding day!

Where to start! From the moment we contacted Jennette, we loved her vibe! Working with her was great! She was on top of everything, created a perfect timeline for us, and also had great suggestions for us too! We owe it to Jennette and her assistant, Joseph for making our wedding day (3/29/25) smooth, stress free, and perfect!! Jennette's energy was GREAT the day of and all our friends and family loved her! My husband and I are more on the shy side but she made us feel comfortable and at ease!! She truly is amazing at what she does and knows what she is doing. Honestly, you don't need to look any further if you're looking to have the perfect wedding!!

As a “last-minute bride” with only three months to pull everything together, I was sure I’d be swimming in chaos. But Jennette stepped in and turned what felt impossible into a perfectly coordinated and magical day. Originally, we hired Jennette as a day-of coordinator, but she did so much more than just show up on the day. From our first conversation, she proved to be cheerful, creative, and incredibly responsive—she was answering my emails and texts faster than I could think of new questions! She helped us find and secure those last-minute vendors we were missing, offered brilliant suggestions for timelines and details I hadn’t thought of, and made me feel confident that every piece of the puzzle was coming together. On the wedding day, things didn’t go 100% to plan—because let’s be honest, when does that ever happen? We ran into some scheduling hiccups and issues with the venue, but Jennette’s calm and collected approach saved the day. She quickly reworked the timeline, kept all the vendors on track, and ensured that my husband and I could relax and enjoy ourselves without worrying about the details. The best part? We never even noticed the bumps because she handled everything so seamlessly. Another highlight of working with Jennette was her partnership with Party Dreams Ashburn. We rented several décor items through them, and Jennette’s expertise and creativity transformed our venue into something straight out of a fairytale. Every detail felt thoughtful and personalized, and our guests couldn’t stop talking about how beautiful it all looked. What I loved most about Jennette was her energy and positivity. Planning a wedding in such a short timeframe was overwhelming, but she made the process feel so much easier and even fun! She truly listens, asks the right questions, and works tirelessly to bring your vision to life (or make it even better). Organized, responsive, and so friendly!
We had a great experience working with Jennette as our coordinator for our November wedding! She is extremely organized and responsive, answering emails in a flash! Jennette also did an amazing job setting up our decorations, candles etc. in our reception space day of wedding. She shares a very helpful spreadsheet that let us collaborate and organize our thoughts and details, several that would never have crossed our mind. She is also affiliated with a decor rental service which has tons of quality items to rent!
