With event design, styling, and coordination as our forte, we provide our services to make the planning process as smooth and painless as possible for our couples. best wedding coordinator
we can’t say enough amazing things about joyfully co. and blaire! we first got to know blaire through my sister’s wedding, and after seeing how incredible she was, we knew we wanted to book her for our own wedding. it ended up being one of the best decisions we made! from start to finish, blaire was completely on top of everything. the rehearsal was so smooth, organized, and efficient, which immediately gave us so much peace of mind going into the wedding day. and then the day itself was absolutely amazing! everything flowed so seamlessly, and we truly felt like we could relax and enjoy every moment knowing we were in such good hands. blaire went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, and we are so grateful we had her there to make our wedding day everything we dreamed it would be. we would recommend joyfully co. and blaire to anyone getting married — truly the best!

Sweetest people ever - a joy to work with!
Working with the Joyfully Co team from the initial call when we were still on the hunt for a planner to execution has been great. We first talked to Hannah who was very kind and patient in answering our questions as we better understood expectations of wedding planning and the packages Joyfully Co had to offer. We never felt pressure from Hannah to hire them as our planner and she made us feel heard and seen. We ended up working with them and booked the 'Love' package which focused on designing our wedding with month & day of coordinating with their founder, Blaire! We booked them pretty early on and once things picked up they were great to work with. We worked a lot with Blaire (our main planner), Hannah and Sharon! All 3 ladies were so helpful and great in communication - which was what I really valued and appreciated a lot. The whole planning process for the design was so smooth. They asked us for a pinterest board of our inspo, then created a proposal slide deck on designs - and that's when I realized their attention to detail was crazy. I had an image that I liked and they thought I wanted it down to the tee, like wanting a chest for the card box, which they even FOUND a site of where I could buy one! Because we went with the Love package - we were responsibly to book our vendors, but they went above and beyond & recommended us vendors we had a hard time finding (like photography, cake, HMUA). We ended up going with a lot of their recommendations and LOVED them all! Months leading up to the wedding, the meetings picked up and check-ins came more. They guided us well and really wrote down every detail we (mainly me lol) wanted. They were sooo patient and offered so many different designs for signage! They made sure everything was something we're happy with, and if we wanted any changes - they'd make them asap. The day of was so smooth - I found myself hardly seeing them except a few times or when Blaire would give us the cue or ask us if we needed anything. I feel planners & coordinators don't get enough recognition as they work behind the scenes but they were fantastic. I don't even know if there were any problems that happened day of - which was great! We were pretty stress free and any last minute changes they'd ask us to make sure it's okay or not. I truly don't know how they can be under all that stress and still smile and make things look so easy. They placed all our DIY stuff beautifully and helped package everything back into our boxes by the end of the night - AND even into our cars! I legit have nothing missing!! We were so happy to see everything come together - literally my pinterest board come to life! The entire team always made us feel seen and heard - and would give us their advice if we were stuck on whether something worked or not. They worked well giving cues to our other vendors (like DJ for announcements) the day of and I do think because of their help - the day was perfect. Highly recommend them for your wedding planning needs! I'm sure no matter what package you end up, whether its full planning to even just month-of, you'll be very happy with the results. Their attention to detail is just 10/10 and they're all so sweet to work with. Thank you Blaire, Hannah, and Sharon for everything! It was such a pleasure working with all of you this past year and half :) I'm so grateful we chose your team for our big day!

Type B bride, type A execution
We loved working with Joyfully! My MOH had complimented me saying that I was such a "chill bride" the day of my wedding and I have Joyfully to thank for that. They handled everything for me the day of from vendor set up all the way to clean up at the end of the night. I was able to enjoy the whole day and not worry about anything logistically. If there were any hiccups, I did not know. Prior to wedding day, the whole planning process was so easy. They scheduled calls with us regularly to review what we still needed to do on our to do list and also our design idea. They made finding vendors easy based on our design inspo and they did the initial reach outs for us. The week leading up to the wedding I had nothing to do and nothing to worry about besides getting my nails done and hair cut! We loved working with the entire Joyfully team! They answered all of our questions and handled so much behind the scenes. I have been telling all of my friends their full service planning package is the best money I spent for my wedding.

Best wedding investment ever!
We are so grateful to Joyfully Co. for taking care of us on our wedding day! Sharon was the absolute best and we are so thankful for her help and guidance throughout the whole process. She was incredibly patient, kind and so organized. She took the time to meet with us to go over important details and I really appreciated all of the organized timelines, checklists and other documents that helped lay out what the big day would look like. Sharon also responded so quickly whenever we had questions late in the night and she was always so accommodating. She is also the perfect representation of gentle and firm, which I think are such valuable qualities in a leader/coordinator! I really don't know what I would have done without her help the team on the day of. We are truly thankful for the Joyfully Co time guiding us. Our wedding day would not have been what it was without this team. Thank you so much for everything!

Flawless Wedding Day
Hiring Sharon and the team at Joyfully Co for month-of planning and coordination was hands down one of the best investments we made for our wedding. Sharon was so organized, detail-oriented, and thoughtful. Every meeting with her left us feeling prepared, confident, and far less overwhelmed. Sharon coordinated with all of our vendors, answered countless questions, and created a wedding-day timeline that was absolutely flawless. Most importantly, she took so much stress off of our shoulders, allowing us to truly enjoy the weeks leading up to the wedding and the day itself. On our wedding day, Sharon and her team were absolutely incredible. They anticipated our needs before we even had to ask. At one point, my bustle came undone while I was dancing, and Sharon was there fixing it within seconds. Their attentiveness, professionalism, and calm presence made such a difference throughout the entire day. We received countless compliments from our guests about how organized, efficient, and amazing the coordination team was. Everything felt effortless because Sharon and her team were working tirelessly behind the scenes. I truly cannot recommend Sharon and Joyfully Co highly enough. They made our wedding day feel seamless, stress-free, and absolutely perfect. We are so grateful for everything they did to make our vision come to life.
