BW Studio+Events
BW Studio+Events is a Chicago-based event coordination and planning group serving Chicagoland and surrounding suburbs. The Studio focuses on intimate weddings with unique flair and lots of personal touches. Blair founded BW Studio after hosting a number of non-profit events and finding herself completely immersed in the process. Once she realized her knack for event organization and planning, the studio was quickly born.
BW Studio wants your wedding to be as unique as you two are! We always strive to tell a complete story of the couple with every event we plan. We also aim to be as digital of a company as possibly allowed by the creative nature of this industry. Tools will be made available to you 24/7 through our online platform, and we will try to keep paper use to a minimum. We consider it part of our mission to reduce waste whenever possible. Let’s chat about ways to ‘green up’ your wedding… with or without eucalyptus.

BW Studio Events is AMAZING!
BW Studio Events was one of the best decisions I made when planning my wedding. I had no idea what I was getting myself into when I decided to plan it with my fiancé and we immediately felt overwhelmed. Neva and Blair helped keep us on track and then coordinated with all of the vendors. They were a phone call away if I ever felt the need to discuss anything and always had great suggestions when I felt stuck. Our wedding day was perfect and I couldn't have done it without Neva and Blair's help. Thanks ladies!!

Hi Blair! We're finally emerging from the afterglow from our wonderful event. I just wanted to take a moment to recognize all the hard work you put into it to make it the dream wedding our daughter envisioned and that we were hoping to give her. The evening time line worked out perfectly. You kept everything flowing smoothly and seamlessly. It was such a relief knowing that you were there on the “day of" to handle any last-minute details and ensure everything went according to plan. We had confidence that everything that needed to be there got to the event, was set out, and then returned to us. We didn’t have to worry about a thing! You did such an amazing job of keeping us on task at every stage of the planning. We appreciated our meetings together to help us to focus on what needed to be done and when and working hand-in-hand with our vendors along the way.

BW Studios was amazing to work with. Blair made our partnership feel personal early on by connecting with us and seeking to truly understand our wedding vision. She was incredibly professional, organized, and thoughtful throughout the few months we worked with her, setting check-in meetings and providing helpful inspiration along the way. In the weeks leading up to our wedding, Blair really stepped in and managed all of our wedding vendors skillfully, leading to a seamless wedding day! The day of the wedding, BW Studios took over our wedding venue – they set everything up exactly as we had planned, answered questions from staff and guests, and even fluffed the bride’s dress as she turned the corner of the aisle with her father. As the night rolled on, BW Studios was there to lead us to our places, our cake cutting, and everything in between as we were caught up in the excitement of our wedding. They were always making sure everything played out perfectly! And when the reception came to a close, Blair and team collected all of our most important items, as well as some memorabilia we hadn’t had much time with, and had them neatly packaged up for us. Overall, we can’t recommend BW Studios enough; if you want someone beyond a mere wedding coordinator, you’ll find them a great partner to work with and take so much stress out of the planning and the big day itself.
