My hope is to simplify the lead-up to your best moments, allowing you to sit back, relax and be present in every minute of your magical celebration while I handle the day's details, setup, communications, logistics and everything in between.
My goal is to provide you with peace of mind, knowing that on your wedding day I will be there to tackle whatever may come up, allowing you to maintain excitement and anticipation throughout your engagement/planning journey. As your coordinator, know that I will be cheering you on every step of the way!

Anemone Events is AMAZING!!!
Sarah is a literal godsend!!! I have a million great things to say about her and Anemone Events but will try my best to summarize from my experience for day of wedding coordination. From the start, I found that Sarah was so kind, easy going and personable. She sent me several planning documents that helped keep me on track with planning. As my check in meetings started, Sarah thought of all of the details and asked questions on specifics that I had not even thought of. She sent me a draft of our timeline a few months before the wedding and was so incredibly detailed. Leading up to the wedding, she continuously checked in and made sure that the day would be everything we dreamed of it to be. On the day, she coordinated all of the vendors/schedules with grace, handled a conflict with one of the vendors for me, managed set up/room flip/clean up, and made the day so seamless and stress free. I’m super type A but I literally didn’t have to worry about a thing with Sarah coordinating the day! My family and bridal party raved about her being the MVP of our wedding and I couldn’t agree more! On top of everything, Sarah even snapped behind the scenes pics/videos of the day - an amazing surprise when she sent them all to me the next day. Do yourself a favor and hire Anemone Events for your wedding - you will be so grateful that you did!!!
10/10 Wonderful & Genuine Coordinator
I consider myself a decent planner, but my partner and I could not have been happier that we booked Sarah for our wedding. She makes my planning look like child's play. Though we booked her as a day-of coordinator, her job went so much further. There were several meetings during the planning process to keep us on track, and she provided timeline documents of tasks my partner and I should be doing that we would otherwise not have known. Furthermore, all of our wedding decor was DIY and she and her assistant helped my friends set it all up. Without her guidance our wedding quite literally would not have been possible. Apart from her incredible coordination, Sarah is such a nice, genuine human. She is very cognizant of family dynamics. Working with her was refreshing and she has a very calming presence. Notably, right before the ceremony I was a bit nervous and had not eaten much during the day due to nerves. She pulled out a granola bar and saved the day. All in all, we could not have asked for a better coordinator. We liked working with her so much that we would recommend her as a coordinator to our closest friends! 10/10 you (whoever is reading this) should book her.
Sarah went ABOVE AND BEYOND!
Sarah is amazing to work with. We had a large backyard, outdoor wedding .. the day ended up being the rainiest day in June but Sarah executed the day perfectly. From the very beginning, She was so easy to communicate with, very helpful and always thought of things that I would never even thought about. If you are looking for someone to ease your mind, I recommend hiring Sarah for your big day, you won't regret it! Thank You Sarah!!!
Anemone Events Was Our BEST Decision
My husband and I had almost 2 years to plan our wedding so we didn’t feel that we needed the services of a full time event planner, but knew we wanted a day-of coordinators so we worked with Sarah at Anemone Events as her business model is to work with the couple the day of (and a couple of months before the event as well!). We were BLOWN AWAY by Sarah and her assistant, Lauren. Upon signing with Sarah she provided many helpful documents to keep us on track as we had the year to plan. She was always available for a call if needed, there to answer any questions. When the wedding date was closer she began coordinating with our venue and vendors (HUGE pain removed from our to-dos), kept us organized, and ensured us that everything is going to go well. We had a detailed timeline to share with family, she was available to be the point person for any family/friend questions, really relieving us of any last minute stress. The day of our wedding we had our ceremony rained out, had to move our cocktail hour, my dress bustle didn’t work.. a couple of things that without Sarah I possibly could have had a meltdown, but with Sarah, it was all handled. Everything was seamless, no stress, we had time to just have fun, which is what a wedding should be about.. enjoying it!! So many people told me before my wedding that I won’t even have time to eat or enjoy it.. I can say I enjoyed my food and had the BEST time thanks to Sarah. We said so many times, working with Sarah was the best decision we made and we stand by that. She is very kind, organized, quick, on top of it, knowledgeable, and all around wonderful to work with. Save yourself the stress and work with Anemone Events, you will not regret it for a second!
