In addition to ceremonies and receptions, the hotel also welcomes engagement parties, showers, and rehearsal dinners. Ironworks Hotel Beloit has more than 3,300 square feet of event space available for to-be-weds to use, with a maximum capacity of up to 200 guests. Ceremonies can be held on the waterfront patio or one of the banquet rooms can also be transformed into a beautiful ceremony space. These flexible halls can also be used as a setting for your reception. The banquet halls are decorated in neutral tones and have wooden floors, creating a blank canvas where you can bring your dream day to life.

The Farm at 95 offically opened it's doors in October of 2013 and to this day is one of the two largest venues in Johnston County (oh, our sister location is the other larges venue)! Our space can accommodate anywhere from 80 to 400 guests, with separate rooms for food, dedicated dressing rooms, a well equipped stage and a relaxing patio heaters, fans and a gas fire pit. When you inquire, you will also receive information about our sister location, The Farm at 42, which we opened in March of 2018. This venue is similar to The Farm at 95, but has simple improvements such as larger dressing suites, upgraded finishes and a completely different ceremony setting. We have a full property minimum on Saturdays of a peak month: April, May, June, September, and October. The facility rental fee for the Swan Gardens, Atlanta History Museum, and Grand Overlook ballroom on a Saturday is $12,500 and we have an additional $5,500 beverage minimum. Fridays and Sundays are $10,000 with a $2,500 beverage minimum. Most of our weddings can expect to spend between $400 to $1,000 per guest after all vendors and costs are added up and divided out per guest.
