About this venue

Farm to People’s venue is a roomy, versatile space. The beamed ceilings, wide windows, and tasteful lighting offer a warm, rustic vibe perfect for weddings. Our adaptable venue allows for both large and intimate events and has a great flow between two spaces. We have a shaded outdoor garden area with a few parking spots available. Our bathrooms are stunning, with 9 stalls between women's/mens/all-gender rooms, ideal for large events. Impress your guests with our unique beverage selection of curated natural wines, including skin-contact ferments, local craft beer, artisanal cocktails, specialty spirits, and non-alc options. We offer innovative menus and custom catering packages, both off-site and in-house. We also offer services in coordination, audio/video, floral/decor to help your event come together smoothly. We proudly stand as an LGBTQ+ friendly establishment and warmly welcome all couples regardless of gender, orientation, religion, or race.

    We hosted our wedding at FTP two weeks and had a more wonderful time we could’ve ever imagined. The day truly exceeded our expectations. The event manager Rachel was a dream to work with from the beginning. She is creative, organized, encouraging and realistic. Exactly the kind of person you want to be working with when planning a large and complicated event. We had an Indian American fusion wedding and she allowed us incorporate all the elements that were most important to us. Even as we threw twists and turns at her, she took it in stride (for example, we wanted to serve chai which isn’t typically on their menu, but instead of telling us no like so many other venues/caterers would’ve, we found a creative solution that worked for all of us and were able to serve it). We created a custom menu with them that was all vegetarian and my goodness, it was genuinely incredible. On top of the custom menu, they worked with us to provide two different sets of custom dishes served out to a handful of guests with very specific dietary restrictions (one was gf/celiac safe, the other was for a traditional Jain diet). We have been getting endless compliments on how good all of the food was. It made life so much easier being able to work with a venue that could provide the space, the food, the bar package, the staff, the flowers, and even the tables and chairs (though you are also welcome to bring in your own if you prefer). They encourage you to decorate the space however you want but the venue is so inviting and beautiful that it hardly needs additional decor. Not only was Rachel a dream to work with but all the staff that worked our wedding were fantastic. We’ve heard from many guests that the warm and inviting nature of the staff, and especially the bartenders, went a long way in helping create a wonderful atmosphere. Couldn’t recommend this venue more highly!!

    Rachel and her team at Farm to People were amazing from the first email throughout the whole planning process. They exceeded our expectations on our wedding day though! Our guests couldn’t stop commenting about how cool the space was, how nice the staff was, and especially, how delicious the food and drinks were. Farm to People is a gem for event in NYC. Book it before it’s too late!

    My wife Sunya and I had a wonderful wedding at Farm to People! Michael and Rachel and the staff were very accommodating in helping us realize our plans for the day, and everything went well. Numerous people who attended commented on what a great space it is, and even more had great things to say about the food! It's a charming place.

    We held my son's bar-mitzvah at Farm to Table, and could not be happier with how it went. Rachel was such a pleasure to work with from the moment we said hello for our tour, and the rest of the staff was equally wonderful. We felt extremely well taken care of before, during and even at the end of the night. The restaurant is a beautiful space, and the outdoor portion was perfect for giving the kids a place to be, away from the "boring" adults inside. The food options were wonderful and delicious. The service, flawless and responsive. I HIGHLY recommend.
