Our venue can host up to 600 people with various rooms each featuring a unique aesthetic. Our team can orchestrate all of your needs, from creative design and entertainment to AV, production, and in-house catering. Have a favorite restaurant? We'll coordinate them catering! A best friend is a DJ? We can connect them to our decks! Always dreamt of arriving to the ceremony in a giant glitter orb? We can bring your fantasy to life! Main Theater & Front Room

For a show-stopping celebration!

Our Theater Room & Front Bar are the centerpiece of House of Yes. Complete with our dramatic stage, state-of-the-art lighting rig, a robust rigging system, and the famous disco WCs, bring to life a truly spectacular celebration for you and your guests. The Front Room is available as a standalone space for smaller gatherings (standing capacity 90).

Off the Main Theater Room, get ready with your brood in our backstage Dressing Room. Prepare for a big reveal in our VIP Emerald Room. Access the Garden from the front bar for a semi-covered outdoor escape (all-year). Other features include: perimeter booth seating // projection mapping on the proscenium arch // specialty tech accessories including a snow machine and bubble machine! // whimsical decor (read: the big blinking eyes!) // gender-neutral, ADA bathrooms // fully stocked bar

Garden

An outdoor oasis for the nouveau bohemian.

Our Garden is a lil slice of boho heaven! This walled-in, multi functional zone is perfect for a small outdoor ceremony, garden party, rehearsal dinner, or the cool-off zone during the afterparty. The vaulted coverings give some shelter from the elements; overhead heaters keep the space usable year-round, and a seasonal wet bar makes our Garden easy to book solo if you are looking for an outdoor only space. (the bar is useable april - october)

A luxurious speakeasy of golden elegance providing an intimate ambiance perfect for creating unforgettable wedding memories.

This 1500 sqft lounge is bringing a bit of the Tulum into Bushwick with walls wrapped in gold, flora abound, and a vaulted canvas tent ceiling. This mid-size zone can host an array of celebrations from the engagement party, to the I-Dos, to an intimate afterparty. Features include: ~artist-designed chandeliers ~Infinity mirror skylights ~LED mirror wall centerpiece ~Vintage mirrors ~large Disco Ball on the dancefloor
