New England Elegance, Sensational Occasions, & Gracious Hospitality.

This wooden post beam Barn is the perfect space to host both ceremony and reception with a cocktail hour in the loft space. The loft holds its own two bars with wraparound bench seating fit to accommodate 170 standing guests or 80 seated guests. The main level hosts the boat bar, ample dancing space and seating for 170 guests. The Barn allows access to our picturesque garden and pool patio perfect for photo taking.

My husband and I had our wedding at the Red Lion Inn in October and it was absolutely perfect. The staff was extremely attentive and took great care of us, the rooms were cozy, the food was delicious, and the venue itself is beautiful. Tofique (events Operations) and Krystel (wedding planner) were integral parts of ensuring our day ran smoothly. Our day could not have been better and we are grateful for the Red Lion Inn team for helping to make it so!

From start to finish, the staff at the Red Lion Inn - particularly our event coordinator, Sam - was attentive, thoughtful, responsive, and kind. They were there for us throughout the planning process, answering our emails promptly and offering assistance at every turn. The day-of went very smoothly and we are so thankful for them! The venue is STUNNING and the Inn offered a lot of different options to choose from along the way (e.g., chair style, napkin settings, etc.). If you choose the Red Lion Inn, you will be so thrilled - I know we were! 3

The team at the Red Lion Inn was truly exceptional in helping to make our wedding day so special. From the moment we first reached out, their communication was thorough, kind, and very personalized - Krystel and Toufiq made us feel like their top priority. The quality of their work was stunning, with a unique and comprehensive approach that catered to our every need, from 8 am to 1 am on our wedding day! They took the time to get to know us and our families, providing all the on-site support we could have needed. The Red Lion Inn is first class. We booked our wedding about 8 months out for just shy of 200 people. We were immediately assigned Krystel to work with who managed everything!! After I sourced our vendors, Krystel took on communication with them of when they were arriving, what they needed, etc. Krsytel was there to answer any questions we have and make our day special to us. We upgraded the tables as I did not want linens on the tables and Krystel worked to ensure the flow the room remained amazing. We had a 9 piece band that was perfectly situated and taken care of. The day of Tufick was THE MAN. He kept everything moving smoothly, we couldn’t have been worried or concerned about a thing. The food was incredible, the after party was a blast and we have memories for a life time

Yes, we host parking for hotel guests and wedding vendors.

Yes, all our facilities are wheelchair accessible. We also have ramps at the main and side entrances, hearing-impaired fire alarm lights, and trained staff.

Your reservation includes seven and a half hours from start to finish. Your vendors will have access to the wedding venue as early as 11:00am for set up. All décor is required to be removed by 10:00am the next morning.
