At the turn of the century the company faced a crisis: the site of their mill would be flooded to form the Wachusett Reservoir. PAGU's award winning team works with you to plan every detail from menu, to cocktails, to space design, hotel accommodation and everything in between to ensure that your rehearsal dinner, wedding reception, or ceremony is absolutely perfect. Our chef /owner Tracy Chang is 100% hands on and will custom design your menu and experience from start to finish.

We have two banquet rooms. The larger of the two, the Berkshire room, has a capacity of 100-350 (minimum of 150 on a Saturday and 100 on any other day of the week). The smaller of the two, the Westfield room, has a capacity of 50-150 people (minimum of 100 people on a Saturday and 50 any other day of the week). We also have a beautiful outdoor ceremony space with the option to host an inside ceremony as well.
