Crestwood is a private country club and golf course nestled on 150 secluded acres in scenic Rehoboth, Massachusetts. We are conveniently located just 20 minutes from Providence and Fall River and just 45 minutes from Boston. Crestwood specialized in small, intimate gatherings and events of up to 200 people. Our professional staff is able to give your reception the attention it deserves as we specialize in only one large event at a time. When it comes to menu selection, our chefs are well versed in banquet preparation and presentation. They are experienced in many cuisines so as to accommodate any special requests.

My husband and I got married at Crestwood April 2024 and from the moment I met the wedding coordinator Melany and toured Crestwood for the first time I knew I would be getting married there. The venue is beautiful, the food was amazing and the staff were all friendly. (Plus my husband was happy to be getting married on a golf course) During the planning process Melany was available and very responsive when I had any questions. She was also open and honest about the wedding planning process and I always felt like I was just chatting with a friend through the year leading up to the wedding. On the day of the staff was very attentive to our needs in the bridal suite and were readily available with any questions or logistics I needed to sort out. I do not have one negative thing to say about my experience with Crestwood and if I could I would re-live the day again exactly how it was which was perfection! Thank you Crestwood for making our day a dream come true!

In the event the client cancels their wedding for any reason prior to, or on, the date of the function, the client's deposit, as well as any and all prepayments made in accordance with the Payment Policy, shall be retained by Crestwood as liquidated damages.

Any time you would like! At Crestwood, we only host one wedding per day so you get to choose a time that works for you and your family.

No, there are no cake cutting or room rental fees here at Crestwood. The only other fee in addition to your wedding package will be an administrative fee of 27% and a 7% Massachusetts State Tax.

You can certainly add on overtime for your wedding. We charge $500 per hour for additional time.

Yes, we have a large bridal suite that includes ample space to get ready on your big day! Each wedding package includes at least 4 hours of time to get ready in our suite, and additional time can be purchased for $50 for each additional hour you would like.

There are different guest minimums depending on your choice of package. If you do not meet our guest minimum, a food minimum can be created for you. Please refer to our Wedding Coordinator for additional information.

A security deposit of $1500 is due to book a date. Following that, a 50% payment based on your estimate is due five months prior to the event, a 25% payment based on your estimate is due two months prior to your event, and your final balance is due 10 days before your event, as final guaranteed counts are also due at that time. A security deposit is required to reserve a date for any wedding.

We can accept check, cash, money order/bank checks, or credit cards for payment. Please be advised that there is a 3.99% credit card processing fee that is assessed by the merchant service processing company when running a credit card.
