The Barn at Blackstone National is the premiere spot for laid-back lavish events.

Newly built, the barn is an exquisite dedication to the agricultural spirit of the Sutton community. With year-round heating and air conditioning, no matter what the Massachusetts weather may bring you can enjoy your special day. A pre-event space is available to keep you and your wedding party relaxed and at ease before the ceremony. After you have shared your all-important kiss as newlyweds, you can celebrate your milestone in your very own appointed reception room.

The barn's dedicated and experienced team are proud to offer a wedding package designed with your needs in mind. All weddings include event and menu consultations, a complimentary tasting for two, a five-hour reception, floor-length table linens in a choice of colors, the use of a private suite for the day of your wedding, and more. The venue's wedding coordinator will also be on hand to provide assistance and ensure that everything runs smoothly.

The Putnam Room, relax and enjoy getting ready on site... we will take care of the rest

The Putnam Room is just steps away from our beautiful Barn. It holds up to 50 guests and is the perfect stop for wedding prep, rehearsal dinners, and more. You can have a breakfast menu and mimosas as you get ready for your big day! You will have a dedicated staff member to assist you in anything you may need. We have two large bathrooms on the same floor, a deck overlooking the course, and more!

The Bridal Suite

A peaceful, bright Bridal Suite for your special day!

Our Bridal Suite is included in your venue cost to access for the entire night. You receive a code the day of your wedding to keep your belongings locked away safety. Equipped with a private bathroom for you to access all night long. With 1.5 hours before ceremony, you have time to put your dress on and relax. You are able to rent the space for additional time before your ceremony if you would like to use the suite as an additional wedding prep space for grooms/small parties.

At Blackstone we do not offer packages to our couples, we truly believe in doing everything we can FOR our couples. That being said, you are only paying for what you want. No $5,000 bar package only for you to use 1/2 of it. At Blackstone we want to celebrate your big day... not cause additional stress. We have two outside ceremony locations which gives you an additional hour onsite. Contact us today to create your special day surrounded by stunning wildlife and a jaw dropping Barn.

    9.1.24 Wedding We honestly don’t have enough words or even can find the correct ones to share how PERFECT and incredible this venue is and the team at the barn is! Our wedding we can say truly was a dream come true and we feel so blessed! The wedding venue is absolutely beautiful and we fell in love with it more and more from our first visit to our wedding day! Truly something different than the norm and it does just feel magical -the outside and then when the lights hit as you enter the barn! The outside is incredible with the green grass hills from the golf course, to the newly built pavillion, and all of the secret gem places to take pictures with the photographer -the bridge at sunset, beautiful pond, beautiful wild flowers creating the most beautiful pictures ! The inside becomes so dreamy with the not only the newness and upkeep of the barn but the chandeliers and twinkle lights with as many add ons to choose from -the drapes and little decoration touches the barn can provide make it magical! We are serious when we say our guests kept coming up to us saying how beautiful this wedding was! They were torn to hit the dance floor or hang in the pavillion on our beautiful day :) The team at the barn as well could not have been better -everyone there from initial contact to the very end couldn’t have been more professional, highly and quickly responsive and communicative, experienced, and kind! Every question went answered and truly every request was made -even until the last minute changes the night before wedding day! Thank you to the Barn Team -a huge shout out to all of the management team, our servers, bartenders, setting up and clean up team-Rebecca on that team thank you for helping us make our vision of the floor plan and changing tables last minute -your hardwork did not go unnoticed as well as your professionalism, kindness, and true care ! Last but certainly not least as she was the GLUE to our wedding, our wedding coordinator Lauren Duquette! She truly is the diamond and asset at the Barn she was the perfect fit for us! She went above and beyond -Her professionalism, experience, communication, and work ethic SHINED from the moment we met her to the end of our wedding-we felt your love and passion not only for what you do but for us and we knew you meant it-I hope you felt our love for you too bc it’s sincere as well! They say on your wedding day something always goes wrong-we’re so blessed bc we couldn’t find one thing-can say it truly was perfect! HIGHLY RECOMMEND THE BARN!     Absolutely thrilled to share our incredible experience with The Barn at Blackstone National! From the moment we stepped foot on the property, we were in awe of how stunning and well-maintained everything was. But what truly set our wedding apart was the outstanding staff. They were not just attentive but seemed to anticipate our needs before we even had to ask. Their level of communication was superb—always available and incredibly friendly. The calm and professional demeanor of the team added a layer of ease to our big day, allowing us to fully enjoy every moment without a single worry. The entire evening went off without a hitch, and we owe it all to their meticulous attention to detail and deep well of experience. If I could give them more than 11/10, I would! The Barn at Blackstone National made our wedding day absolutely perfect. Highly, highly recommend!

    From the moment we first reached out to The Barn at Blackstone National, their communication style was quick, detail-oriented, thorough, solution-focused, and genuinely warm. The quality of their work and overall value was simply amazing - the barn provided a beautiful, intimate setting with incredible natural light that made our wedding day feel so special. Lauren and the team went above and beyond, even fixing a last-minute cake issue and taking care of every detail. We shared our vision for the ceremony and reception, and they completely nailed it. The tasting event was one of the best parts of choosing this venue, with the food being absolutely delicious - our guests raved about the teriyaki tips and Tuscan chicken in particular. We couldn't have asked for a better wedding experience.

    We recently had our wedding in July at The Barn At Blackstone National, and I can't recommend it highly enough. This venue is an absolute gem—what we loved about it most was our ability to fall in love with it by itself, simply stunning even with no decor. The ambiance was both elegant and rustic, creating an unforgettable atmosphere that our guests are still raving about. One of the standout highlights was the food. It was nothing short of amazing, and our guests couldn’t stop complimenting the delicious food. It was presented beautifully, too! Also- the Barn has the BEST chocolate chip cookies you’ll ever taste and I recommend trying them regardless of what you do for your wedding dessert. What truly made our day so seamless and stress-free was our incredible wedding coordinator, Kate (Kate the great or the GOAT as well called her). From start to finish, Kate was phenomenal. Her organizational skills were impeccable, and she paid meticulous attention to every detail, ensuring that everything went off without a hitch. Kate's personable nature and deep knowledge of wedding planning made us feel completely at ease. She was patient and responsive, always ready to address any questions or concerns we had. On the wedding day, she conducted everything flawlessly, allowing us to enjoy every moment with confidence and comfort. We truly are so grateful to have had the opportunity to work with everyone at the Barn, but especially Kate. If you're considering The Barn At Blackstone National for your wedding, and especially if you have the chance to work with Kate, you’re in for a truly exceptional experience.
