We absolutely adored our wedding day at Evergreen Venue. The venue is very bright and clean and is so pretty it decorates itself! The owners are very kind and reach out to try and help with anything they can. We are so lucky to have chosen Evergreen!

Evergreen Event Venue is a hidden gem in the Birmingham area. You have the look of an all white chapel nestled in the woods. This venue is a photographer's dream with the all white interior and allows for clients to add their personality to the space. Teresa and her team go above and beyond to serve not only their clients, but the vendors as well. Clear communication, respond in a timely manner, and easy to work with. Would highly recommend having your wedding or special event at Evergreen.

Yes, we have a paved and lighted parking lot with handicap accessible parking.

Yes, the building is handicap accessible with a ramp that offers access to both the chapel and the reception hall and designated handicap parking area.

Yes! We are happy to recommended vendors, but you are not required to use them. As long as your vendors are licensed and insured and agree to an on-site meeting, you can use all your favorite vendors.

Yes! Your pets may be brought on site for photography and for the ceremony. After the ceremony they need to be taken by off property during the reception.

Yes, as long as you hire an insured bartender and security.

Your reservation for the Classic Saturday package gives you access from 8 am until midnight. Friday and Sunday packages end at 10 pm.

Tables, chairs, linens, arbors, decor closet, cake stands, greenery wall

Booking fees for our facilities, and all payments made including deposits, are non-refundable. We recommend all couples purchase cancellation insurance as part of their event insurance policy so that they are fully covered for any unexpected events that could delay their big day.

We are approximately 45 minutes north of Birmingham International Airport via I-59.

Our venue is fully insured. You are required to obtain your own event policy to cover you and your guests.
