“Jacob was INCREDIBLE!!!! Absolutely amazing!!!!! Wonderful communication throughout the entire wedding planning process. My husband and I wanted a private dance at the end of the ceremony. Jacob helped escort guests out, quickly hid, played our song, and still managed to have the spark boxes go off at the PERFECT time. I seriously could not recommend District Remix more. On another note, my very close friends used a different DJ from District Remix for their wedding a few weekends after my own wedding. The music and vibes were also INCREDIBLE all due to the DJ. If you can’t book Jacob, definitely still book a DJ through District Remix because they’re clearly all dope!!!”

“Entertainment is arguably one of the most important and memorable aspects of a wedding, as it can truly make or break your day. Fortunately for me, I’ve worked in the service industry for over a decade and have seen my fair share of DJs and bands. This is how I met Paul. I always loved when he played at the bar I worked at because his sets were never the same—he read the room, kept the energy high, and was always amazing at it. I’ve also attended weddings where he DJ’d and MC’d, and those were the ones where I had the most fun. So, I was over the moon when I reached out and found out he was available for my wedding. I booked him immediately. Paul has been in the entertainment business for quite some time and offers more than just music. With options like customizable monogram/logo projections, a standalone or 360 photobooth (with an attendant and props), and uplighting, he helped us tailor our wedding experience to perfection. What I loved most about the photobooth was that we were able to pick our own template and backdrop and use our own logo/monogram for it. Guests received printed copies on the spot and digital copies sent to their phones. We also received a file of all the photos and GIFs taken, which was so fun to look back on. Paul has different equipment based on your space and vibe. The sleek white setup he brought to our small venue blended seamlessly with our aesthetic, while his ability to adapt his equipment ensured optimal sound quality throughout the day. From providing a lapel mic for our officiant to coordinating with our live acoustic cocktail hour, Paul went above and beyond to enhance every aspect of our day. Paul's responsiveness and flexibility, whether over email, text, or Zoom meetings, made the planning process seamless and stress-free. During the planning period, we met with him to discuss all the details like pre-ceremony music, procession, recession, introductions, first dance, last dance, parent dances, must-play songs, do-not-play songs, and whether or not we wanted requests (we opted for them, but only if they fit the vibe). He even let us cue up songs, coordinating with our wedding planner (for instance, signaling me when it was time for me to walk down the aisle). All of this was put in a shared Google spreadsheet and discussed during our meetings. He also had a remarkable ability to know exactly when to cut a song and have it fade out perfectly. As both DJ and MC, he effortlessly set the tone for the evening, keeping the dance floor packed and the atmosphere electric. He even looked like he was having a good time, cheering and dancing along with us. A few of our guests asked for his contact info and whether he did events other than weddings (which he does). He knew exactly what the crowd wanted and ensured everyone had a great time. And as an unexpected gift, his recording of our intro and first dance provided cherished memories we'll treasure forever, especially since we didn’t have a videographer. Thanks to Paul, our wedding was so much fun, filled with laughter, love, and plenty of dancing. We couldn't have asked for a better soundtrack to our special day.”

“No amount of words can express our gratitude to Lester & Dreisbach Photography and I could spend all day talking about how wonderful they are. They are beyond amazing and such beautiful human beings! We had searched high & low for the perfect fit and they both exceeded our expectations. Our wedding was back in November 2021 and the weather was pretty much all seasons rolled into one day making things extremely difficult and how they made it all work is a miracle! From our first Skype meeting(thanks Covid) they were so warm, friendly, down to earth and such fun, we talked for hours! We literally booked them that day as we didn't want anyone else. The communication was fantastic and their service was like no other, especially during such an uncertain time with Covid. They were flexible and really made us feel special on our day, you can see just how passionate they are about their craft! Their passion is infectious and we had sooooooo much fun having our photos taken by them, the freezing cold wind & jumping over fences were all made worth it. They're both so dedicated and one of our photos always makes me smile knowing that they had thrown my veil up into the air to try and get a great shot and had to run off into the bushes to avoid being in the photo(their dedication and yet care for you is next level!). They also made all our guests feel super at ease when taking photos. Considering how short on time we were and the weather constraints, we got so many amazing photos and we loved that you not only get the "editorial"/artistic shots but also beautiful candid moments captured that you don't even see yourself! “I have known Sam, the owner, for a number of years. There are many things I can speak to about his business and him as a person. First thing is that feeling you get when you meet someone that is so fun to be around that you simply don't want to stop being around them. Sam puts a smile on my face every time I see him and hear his contagious laugh. Sam also crushes the benchmark for professionalism and success in the wedding industry. What I mean by that is that if 9/10 photographers get 5 star reviews, on the same scale Sam would deserve 7 or 8 stars. He is well beyond many of our peers and it shows in the quality of his work. “I got engaged on January 30th, 2024, and was married just a few short months later on May 18th, 2024. As a first-time bride trying to plan a wedding in such a condensed time frame, I was incredibly nervous, especially since I was trying to keep costs down. After securing my vendors and working on my timeline, it quickly became clear that there was no way I could enjoy my wedding day while worrying about coordinating every little detail myself. The sheer number of moving parts and tiny details was overwhelming. Enter Lauren and Kelsey. I had seen their work before as they were the coordinators for a friend’s wedding where I was a bridesmaid, and they did such an amazing job that I knew they were the perfect choice for my own wedding. In just one month, they picked up every little piece of my 1,000-piece wedding puzzle and put it together seamlessly. Everything we envisioned, they made it a reality. Coming from band background, he was surprised to see how people were moved by “Gasolina”, a reggaeton song. Observing how DJ was controlling the crowd’s energy while enjoying himself, this made him curious about club music genres, besides metal and rock. Following immediately, he hosted a Bring Your Own Beer (BYOB) house party, where 50 people showed up. A week later, he was invited to co-DJ at one of his friends’ wedding reception and rest is the history.
