From a young age, I've had a vivid imagination and a love for storytelling. I would capture everything I saw in my mind, using those images as the backdrop for my stories. This passion eventually led me to pursue a degree in Film and Photography. After graduating, I spent a few years as a volunteer missionary, traveling across the country. When I was about 10 years old, my dad gave me a camera and I quickly became obsessed. My intrigue continued to grow over the years and I went on to earn my BA in Studio Art , Photography, from the University of Virginia. After graduating I worked as a portrait photographer and decided to pursue and earn my MFA in Imaging Arts from the Rochester Institute of Technology.
