“Maddy and Cass were always happy, fun and genuinely interested in not just the wedding, but our family and our happiness! They could not have been more dependable, utterly trustworthy, organized, always accessible, and showed great judgement! One example of how they went above and beyond was we had a decorative seating chart on a 69”X78” 20 paned glass window that they protected, transported and stored for us at their inconvenience. Furthermore, during the wedding reception not only did they make sure everything was perfect as we planned, but on the fly they used great judgement to make the reception better by tweaking the arrangement. As well, we had no worries once the wedding was over because we knew we could trust them to secure anything of value and what we owned, as well as what any vendor might of left behind. Even so far as to hold our possessions in their home until it was convenient for us to get them. We loved Maddy and Cass and highly recommend them as your wedding planners.”

“We had our wedding in the ballroom. Very scenic and beautiful venue! Overall a pretty good venue that includes food, tables, chairs, linens, etc. The ballroom house itself is beautiful with lots of light indoors due to the large windows, and a nice deck for an outside ceremony. Zoe communicated with us and answered all our questions and did our tasting and planning, until a week before the actual day where we were assigned a day of coordinator. I found this system to be not great, since the day of coordinator was essentially a stranger that you've never talked to at all, and you basically have to re explain everything you want. Even though they have an online planning tool (which is old and outdated), I found that they got our aisle directions wrong, the reception layout wrong, and our dinner meals were wrong. Thankfully, we had a separate planner that was able to correct these things, so I recommend getting an outside coordinator that works directly with you if you have room in the budget. Another thing was our limited setup time of 1.5 hours meaning the florist and other vendors couldn't set up earlier with more elaborate decorations and had to do something simple. I found out that this is because they had another wedding at the same place before ours (literally ending at 4) and so they rush to get the place cleaned for the evening wedding. The main room and the suit was renovated, but the bathrooms were all still dingy and not the best/cleanest to use. The food was good though, better than we had at our tasting and they got it out fast. Our vendors were fed the same food, and our guests thought it was pretty good wedding food. Apart from the couple hiccups we had, we thought the venue was great overall and really beautiful and we don't regret having our wedding there at all. It could be a little bit better in the small details for the price though.”

“We first met Wendy a few weeks before our wedding to do a walkthrough of the venue, and instantly fell in love with her. We knew right away that she would be a dream to work with on our wedding day, and we were right! After canceling our wedding 2 times due to Covid, Matt & I discussed the possibility of eloping to Jackson Hole, WY. I knew that Bob & Jamie have visited there enough to claim it as their 2nd home (lol) so I reached out for some advice/recommendations regarding the area & eloping. They not only offered a ton of knowledge about Jackson, they said they were available to travel and shoot our wedding. We booked them right away!!! They helped Matt & I EVERY step of the way. I said I wanted to be married inside in front of a large stone fireplace and have pictures taken outside with the snow covered mountains afterwards. They immediately went to work searching for hotels with stone fireplaces & locations (yes, multiple) for scenic wedding photos. Once those decisions were made, they helped select a restaurant for wedding dinner and plan our excursions. Bob even offered to be the tour guide for our snowmobile trip to Granite Hot Springs. These two went way above and beyond wedding photographers! Our wedding day was truly a dream come true (Hallmark movie worthy) and I can’t thank Jamie enough for capturing every part of it.
