Charlene was prompt with responding to my emails and asked all the right questions. Charlene did more for me within that month than my other coordinator ever did in the last 2 years. Charlene was kind and direct, and gave many suggestions to elevate my ideas which was very helpful! Day of our wedding, I couldn’t have asked for a better turnout. I had an idea of everything I wanted, but gave her and assistants freedom to change anything they saw fit. Leading up to our wedding day, Jenny was fantastic and always available to help us in the decision making process. To start our weekend, my girlfriends and I went to the spa! The spa was absolutely WONDERFUL and a great way to kick start our weekend! Crystal from the spa was so friendly and easy to work with! My husband went golfing while we went to the spa and he loved the course and service very much! We did a bridesmaids luncheon the Friday before the wedding and Steve from the restaurant was very helpful and nice to work with! For the entire weekend, Latisha was our right hand lady! She made for a very calm weekend and handled any problem we had with vendors immediately. She would frequently come check on us during the wedding to see if we needed anything. She helped keep us on track with our schedule throughout the wedding day. Latisha did anything and everything to help make it the smoothest day possible! All the staff were truly INCREDIBLE! We also loved the convenience of having the hotel at the same location as the reception. It was very easy for our wedding guests. I would 10/10 recommend Turf Valley!”

Even from the first meeting we had with Rachel, she has such a calming and warm presence which we knew was what we would need the day of. We did an engagement session with her and she made us feel so at ease, like most couples we're not naturally in front of the camera but she was able to easily talk us through poses throughout the session. We had a call the month of to discuss details with her - e.i, timeline, shot list, etc. This was a great call because it helped all of us get on the same page for day of. Forwarding to the wedding day - Rachel arrived early to start on capturing details. She helped us stay on-time during getting ready and first look since my DoC was at the venue setting up. She was able to capture SO many images throughout the day from getting ready all the way to the dance floor. Aside from the staged/traditional photos you'd expect from the wedding, she captured so many beautiful candid moments. She moved in SILENCE, I truly didn't see her for most of the day (in a good way!) yet we ended up with 750 images in the 7 hrs we hired her for. She captured everything and more. When we finally got the full album - my husband and I spent had an amazing 2 hours reliving every single moment! She blew us away and we were not prepared by how beautifully she captured the day - all of the details, the emotions, and the aesthetics, were EVERYTHING! Her talent is remarkable and we couldn't have asked for anything more. I'd recommend her to anyone - in fact, I already have a friend that's hired her for their day.”

They were flexible with catering ($500 fee to bring in an outside caterer with qualifications), affordable pricing, and very helpful staff that gave us ideas and tips for setting up a beautiful wedding. We used the outdoor patio next to the mansion for the ceremony and moved into the Vollmer Center for the cocktail hour and reception, which was able to host almost 200 people. Chairs and tables are included, but we decided to rent our own chairs for both reception and ceremony. Overall, it was a spectacular experience and not stressful, even though we did all of the planning on our own.”
