Justin was such a pleasure to work with from the start and went above and beyond to make sure that my partner and I were comfortable in the run-up to the wedding and on our wedding day (which is saying a lot, because my partner hates taking/being in pictures). On the wedding day, Justin was even more incredible than I could have imagined. He made us both feel at ease the entire wedding, making us laugh and seamlessly capturing amazing pictures along the way. All night and since the wedding, we've had family and friends tell us how incredible Justin was- his easygoing, friendly demeanor made an already really special day even better and we are so grateful to have him as our photographer. The pictures he captured are stunning (no surprise given the work we'd seen of his before) but I was blown away by the candid moments he was able to capture that we will cherish forever. We did a bridesmaids luncheon the Friday before the wedding and Steve from the restaurant was very helpful and nice to work with! For the entire weekend, Latisha was our right hand lady! She made for a very calm weekend and handled any problem we had with vendors immediately. She would frequently come check on us during the wedding to see if we needed anything. She helped keep us on track with our schedule throughout the wedding day. Latisha did anything and everything to help make it the smoothest day possible! All the staff were truly INCREDIBLE! “Entertainment is arguably one of the most important and memorable aspects of a wedding, as it can truly make or break your day. Fortunately for me, I’ve worked in the service industry for over a decade and have seen my fair share of DJs and bands. This is how I met Paul. I always loved when he played at the bar I worked at because his sets were never the same—he read the room, kept the energy high, and was always amazing at it. I’ve also attended weddings where he DJ’d and MC’d, and those were the ones where I had the most fun. So, I was over the moon when I reached out and found out he was available for my wedding. I booked him immediately. Paul has been in the entertainment business for quite some time and offers more than just music. With options like customizable monogram/logo projections, a standalone or 360 photobooth (with an attendant and props), and uplighting, he helped us tailor our wedding experience to perfection. What I loved most about the photobooth was that we were able to pick our own template and backdrop and use our own logo/monogram for it. Guests received printed copies on the spot and digital copies sent to their phones. We also received a file of all the photos and GIFs taken, which was so fun to look back on. Paul has different equipment based on your space and vibe. The sleek white setup he brought to our small venue blended seamlessly with our aesthetic, while his ability to adapt his equipment ensured optimal sound quality throughout the day. From providing a lapel mic for our officiant to coordinating with our live acoustic cocktail hour, Paul went above and beyond to enhance every aspect of our day. Paul's responsiveness and flexibility, whether over email, text, or Zoom meetings, made the planning process seamless and stress-free. During the planning period, we met with him to discuss all the details like pre-ceremony music, procession, recession, introductions, first dance, last dance, parent dances, must-play songs, do-not-play songs, and whether or not we wanted requests (we opted for them, but only if they fit the vibe). He even let us cue up songs, coordinating with our wedding planner (for instance, signaling me when it was time for me to walk down the aisle). All of this was put in a shared Google spreadsheet and discussed during our meetings. He also had a remarkable ability to know exactly when to cut a song and have it fade out perfectly. As both DJ and MC, he effortlessly set the tone for the evening, keeping the dance floor packed and the atmosphere electric. He even looked like he was having a good time, cheering and dancing along with us. A few of our guests asked for his contact info and whether he did events other than weddings (which he does). He knew exactly what the crowd wanted and ensured everyone had a great time. And as an unexpected gift, his recording of our intro and first dance provided cherished memories we'll treasure forever, especially since we didn’t have a videographer. Thanks to Paul, our wedding was so much fun, filled with laughter, love, and plenty of dancing. We couldn't have asked for a better soundtrack to our special day.”

Forwarding to the wedding day - Rachel arrived early to start on capturing details. She helped us stay on-time during getting ready and first look since my DoC was at the venue setting up. She was able to capture SO many images throughout the day from getting ready all the way to the dance floor. Aside from the staged/traditional photos you'd expect from the wedding, she captured so many beautiful candid moments. She moved in SILENCE, I truly didn't see her for most of the day (in a good way!) yet we ended up with 750 images in the 7 hrs we hired her for. She captured everything and more. When we finally got the full album - my husband and I spent had an amazing 2 hours reliving every single moment! She blew us away and we were not prepared by how beautifully she captured the day - all of the details, the emotions, and the aesthetics, were EVERYTHING! Her talent is remarkable and we couldn't have asked for anything more. I'd recommend her to anyone - in fact, I already have a friend that's hired her for their day.”

They were flexible with catering ($500 fee to bring in an outside caterer with qualifications), affordable pricing, and very helpful staff that gave us ideas and tips for setting up a beautiful wedding. We used the outdoor patio next to the mansion for the ceremony and moved into the Vollmer Center for the cocktail hour and reception, which was able to host almost 200 people. Chairs and tables are included, but we decided to rent our own chairs for both reception and ceremony. Overall, it was a spectacular experience and not stressful, even though we did all of the planning on our own.”
