I cannot say good enough things about R&R Collective! We hired Kaitie to help us with our month of coordination and as a day of coordinator. She was available to answer any questions we had and assisted us with last minute things that we would have totally forgot to handle! She created a floor plan and layout of our venue and organized and placed them perfectly how we envisioned it. Kaitie created our timeline for the day and ensured all vendors knew the plan for the day and made the day run so smoothly. R&R also caters to wedding photography! Robyn and Marnaie were fantastic! They helped to keep us on schedule, kept us energetic and happy throughout the day, and the photos they took I will cherish forever! We loved their moody and dramatic style! R&R Collective was a true one stop shop for your needs and they were truly the vendors that made our day as perfect as it was!

I was trying to cut corners on wherever I could as Weddings are just outrageously expensive. My venue required a coordinator, so I looked and reached out to a few. Jenna made all of the difference with how smoothly planning went amd how the day rolled out. I didn't have to worry about a thing because Jenna literally took care of it all - set up, pick up, making sure everyone was where they were supposed to be, and so much more that I am likely unaware of. She is extremely professional and on top of it all and my husband I highly recommend her. All of our guests commented on how smooth the wedding went and for us was nearly stress free. I can't say enough great things about Miranda and her team! From our first conversation, we immediately connected with her and she already felt like a friend. She quickly understood our vision for our wedding and what was important to us. She encouraged us to make it very personal and unique--she never shot down any weird ideas we might've had but also brought an experienced perspective, while also keeping us on track with all of the little details and scheduling. She was so well-organized and professional while also keeping things stress-free, light, and fun. There were no questions too big, too small, or too personal with all the drama that can come with such a big event. Miranda was easy to reach via text/email, and took the initiative to reach out and schedule check-ins when needed to make sure we stayed on track with the huge to-do list that comes with a wedding. Her vendor recommendations & other suggestions were awesome, but she also respected a couple of the areas where we found our own vendors with no questions asked. She truly helped us get every detail settled, down to the napkins and our catering order details. She took all the stress off once we got to the month of and leading up to the wedding day, confirming with our vendors so we didn't have to worry about it whatsoever. Our wedding day went seamlessly thanks to her--it sounds cliche but it was the most fun and beautiful day ever and we were able to really enjoy it thanks to Miranda. We couldn't have asked for a better planner and I would recommend her to anyone getting married in the SD area! She also helped us with signage for the day-of and did a beautiful job at a super reasonable price.

Even before we spent a single cent, Kristin provided us with several recommendations for wedding venues, and several pieces of advice regarding our specific needs around having a Catholic wedding. Once we got into wedding planning, Kristin was extremely helpful with finding us an ideal church, reception venue and date. She set up several visits for us, and aside from that provided helpful advice for each venue. In a similar vein, when we chose our vendors, Kristin had a ready-made list for every vendor we'd need, - her advice and expertise literally saved us thousands of dollars in florals and food. For the actual day itself, Kristin was pretty much everywhere ensuring things were done correctly, and it was an incredibly smooth experience. I can only wish that I did her justice in my toast. Everyone generally needs a planner for their wedding, but we would like to highlight Kristin's service as invaluable. From the beginning she was warm and approachable, and made the hectic and overwhelming nature of planning a wedding (especially during a pandemic!) an overall smooth process. For as warm and friendly as she was, she also maintained utmost professionalism throughout the process, helping us navigate some tricky vendor partners and all the stress that goes along with a destination wedding in a mountain town (again, during a pandemic! navigating date changes, COVID restrictions, guest travel, etc!). She helped us execute our vision within our budget, and we were so pleased with all of her recommendations and how they were executed. In the end, our day wouldn't have been the same without her, and she was a calm, hyper-organized, fun presence, which is all a bride can ask for.
