At Guardian Angel Event Planning Services we also offer the Vintage Phone Voicemail, Charcuterie Tables, boards, individual cups and fruit & veggie platters or boards. We always ask our couples to let us know every little detail, every last minute changes, everything that is needed in order for us to accomplish our job and their vision as it is suppose to. We don't work blind folded.

Highly Recommended Event Planner/Coordinator
Elena and her team assisted me in planning, coordinating and executing my son’s wedding this past Saturday. Honestly, I am so grateful to her and her team for their wonderful experience, knowledge, expertise and dedication in making my son’s big day an unequivocal success! They took absolutely all of the pressure off of me and allowed me to enjoy being the mother of the groom! You can tell that she loves what she does and one of her strengths is working with the vendors to ensure that the event goes off seamlessly! I highly recommend her services for any event that requires the “wow” factor!
A Real Angel
Elena is a real angel. She really helped picking up any task that needed doing leading up to my wedding. She took care of everything the day of where I really felt I did not have to worry about a thing. I genuinely enjoyed my wedding day and wasn't aware of any issues if there were any. Elena is sure to ask all the right questions so that she is well informed and knows what to do. You can't go wrong with hiring the right day of coordinator.

I had recently the opportunity to work along Elena and her team, I all got say it's she is one of of kind. Her professionalism shines in every way, she is type of person to have around when it comes for planning a wedding event. She is very detailed about putting together all things to ensured everything works as it should, she takes cares of her clients as well as for the vendors she works with. She will make sure you wont have to worry about anything!

We contacted Elena for her month of coordination services because we were so stressed. From the moment we had our consultation, we felt Elena was a great fit for us! She is easy going, very communicative, and friendly. We felt comfortable with her. She kept track of everything very well, created timelines, and went above and beyond. Her and Andrea made sure everything was perfect as our venue and delivered our bridal parties flowers for photos. Elena even stayed after our event to ensure all the decorations were picked up and everything was okay. She also made sure my husband and I ate! This was super important to us both since you hear many stories about the couple not getting the chance to eat anything or even drink! We truly appreciate everything Elena and Andrea did for us to make our wedding perfect and effortless. We can 100% recommend to every couple looking for an awesome and reliable coordinator/planner.
