Northern Glow was built from a passion to create and document imagery in an art form that can be cherished for a lifetime. I have captured over 130+ weddings and countless other portrait sessions. The growth in the craft is what moves me. There is always new experiences and amazing people to meet. I truly want us to feel like old friends when the album has been delivered In brief... my ethos is to capture in an organic candid "unposed" fashion. All of this should be achieved by minimizing the nervousness in front of the camera and engaging in a fun adventurous experience.

I have spent years working with couples and families to learn what really makes a great session. Yes a gorgeous iconic mountain backdrop or a Californian coastal location can be breathtaking but finding real laughs and being at ease is what I have found to be most successful in a session. My approach is to creatively build a narrative along with detailed photojournalism so your album can better tell the story of who you are and the uniqueness of your wedding or session. I bring this all together in a curated style that focuses on being timeless.
