This package is for the couple that wants help from start to finish. I will take care of everything from ideation and design to venue and vendor selection. This package is designed to provide all of the assistance and guidance needed to ensure your wedding day is everything you've dreamed of and more.

Designed to assist you midway through the planning process, this package allows you to continue to make the big decisions while having a professional's assistance along the way. Let's work together to bring your vision and event design to life while securing the remaining vendors needed for your big day.

You've done almost everything but need someone to help finalize every detail, flawlessly execute your vision and handle the logistics surrounding your wedding weekend. I'll begin working with you 6 weeks before your wedding day to create your day-of timeline and manage communication with your team of vendors. When the big day arrives, all you'll have to do is relax with your loved ones and savor every magical moment of the best. day. ever!

From the unique custom drink glasses as party favors to the personal touch of having friends perform her and Mike’s dance song, Meagan thought of everything.     Hiring Meagan Hilss for my wedding coordinator was the best decision we ever made. When I say Meagan goes above and BEYOND- I MEAN IT! This girl does it ALL, she does not skip a beat. Detail oriented doesn’t even begin to describe Meagan. She truly dives into the smallest, intricate details that you would never even think of as a bride. She was excellent at communicating and had a running timeline that we would tweak together as the days got closer to the wedding. This gave me such piece of mind. I felt like every single thing I ever relayed to her was never, ever forgotten or brushed under the rug. In fact, it was probably written down in alphabetical order and color coded!!! I’m not kidding you when I say Meagan was the reason my wedding turned out so perfect. She absolutely crushes being a coordinator.
