6 month coordination brings your wedding vision to life, managing logistics, and reducing the stress associated with planning a wedding. This service will focus on the final preparations and management of your wedding day itself.

This 3-month coordination is a valuable service for couples who have completed most of their wedding planning but want a professional coordinator to step in and ensure a seamless execution in the final months leading up to the big day.

Month-of wedding coordination (6 weeks) is ideal for couples who have planned most of their wedding but want a professional to step in during the last month to ensure that everything runs smoothly on the actual day. It allows you relax and enjoy your wedding while the coordinator manages the logistics and details.

    We had the pleasure of working with Lily during the final three months leading up to our wedding. We met Lily at a time when "we" (mostly the very stressed, indecisive bride) were overwhelmed with so many tasks left to do and so little time. From our first meeting to our last, Lily always brought her positive energy, enthusiasm and passion to the process. She alleviated much of our stress being the liaison with all of our vendors, resolved unexpected issues with grace, and offered valuable feedback on countless logistical details. On our wedding day, Lily and her assistant coordinator, Wendy, were wonderful to work with. While there must have been many stressful moments behind the scenes, Lily made sure we did not feel any of it. Lily and Wendy were incredibly attentive and checked in with us throughout the day to ensure we were enjoying ourselves and had everything we needed. We're so happy to have met Lily and are forever thankful! Our wedding day was an absolute dream.     There are so many great things I can say about Lily. She is so sweet and is so gifted at what she does. If there were mistakes and bumps in the road l, I didn’t know about them. She made it so we could enjoy every moment of our special day. Lily made everyone feel so comfortable. From our parents, kids, our wedding party, and guests. She handled every detail of the process from the very beginning and it took SO much stress of me and my now husband. There was no idea or change in the planning process that she couldn’t handle. She truly made the wedding of my dreams a reality. There honestly is no better person a bride could find to coordinate their wedding.     Working with Lily from Slay Events made the wedding planning process fun and not stressful! I honestly don’t know what I would have done without her. She advocated for me with difficult vendors and made me feel like I was her only client(which definitely was not the case). If you’re going back and forth trying to decide if you need a wedding coordinator or not, YOU DO! Hiring Slay Events allowed me to spend time with my wedding party the morning of the wedding instead of having to set up and decorate the venue ourselves. My bridesmaids and family were able to enjoy the day and relax because Lily and her assistant did it all! Lily read all my contracts and coordinated with all the vendors to make sure everyone was on the same page. It was a huge relief to not have to respond to a million emails a day for the wedding on top of working a full-time job. I would recommend hiring Slay Events for any size wedding! It’s not a want, but a need!! Thanks to Lily and her assistant, Wendy, we had our dream wedding and everything was perfect.
