The Farm at 95 offically opened it's doors in October of 2013 and to this day is one of the two largest venues in Johnston County (oh, our sister location is the other larges venue)! Our space can accommodate anywhere from 80 to 400 guests, with separate rooms for food, dedicated dressing rooms, a well equipped stage and a relaxing patio heaters, fans and a gas fire pit. When you inquire, you will also receive information about our sister location, The Farm at 42, which we opened in March of 2018. This venue is similar to The Farm at 95, but has simple improvements such as larger dressing suites, upgraded finishes and a completely different ceremony setting. We hope that between one of our locations, we are able to work together to plan your pefect day!

My husband and I got married at the Farm at 95 in September 2023. The venue was amazing and our wedding turned out so beautiful! We worked with Rachel as our coordinator and we didn’t have to worry about anything the day of our wedding. It was a perfect day at The Farm!

So glad we chose The Farm at West Prong Acres to be our wedding venue! It is absolutely beautiful, and Amy is amazing to work with. We didn’t have a wedding planner/coordinator and she stepped in and helped wherever she could. The venue had plenty of space to host our 100ish guest wedding and the airbnb was perfect for the bridal party to get ready in. We were able to be creative and have the wedding of our dreams, I wish I could add all of the photos but Zola won’t let me. It was absolutely beautiful and I’m so thankful I used this amazing venue for my wedding day!

My husband and I recently got married at Deep Creek Landing Marina and the entire process was wonderful and everything went so smoothly. The staff is super sweet and was always very prompt in responding to my emails and answering my questions (and there were a lot). The venue space was a perfect fit for our wants and needs. The bridal suite was a lovely space for my bridesmaids and I to relax and get ready for the day. The only downside was that the AC was not working in the bridal suite but it was cool enough outside that we kept a door open and were mostly comfortable while getting ready. Everything was absolutely wonderful and my husband and I will definitely recommend Deep Creek Landing Marina to anyone looking for a venue for their event.

This venue is what I would call a hidden gem! Tucked away Lunenberg Counry in Central VA, it is the perfect location. For families who may have guests who are spread out throughout the state or tri-state area. The venue boasts a beautiful waterfront ceremony area, but also offers an intimate and romantic indoor area for an inclement weather contingency plan. The owners will go above and beyond to make sure their brides and grooms, vendors and guests are satisfied...anything you need, just ask!

On top of all of that, the all inclusive package that Waverly has is NEXT LEVEL. I didn’t have to search for vendors because Waverly had them already available & built into my package. It was an absolute dream to have one less thing to stress about. Their coordinator, Rachel, is absolutely amazing too. She answered every question I had & was the best cheerleader for us on wedding day. She had everything completely organized & made my vision come true for our wedding. The venue can seat around 200 guests comfortably. The main space is a dream with beautiful white shiplap walls, gorgeous stained plank cathedral ceiling and lots of natural light. The main space is heated and cooled so you can be comfortable in any season. There is a covered porch that leads to a large flagstone patio with a white fireplace, this is a great space for rehearsal dinners or just an extension of the reception space. The bridal suite is in a separate building adjacent to the venue. Recently built in 2023, with nearly 800 sq feet you and your wedding party will have a comfortable space to enjoy the day. Finally, there is an open air chapel that can seat 200 guests comfortably. It has beautiful cathedral style windows in the front and back of the chapel and open arches on the sides. This chapel will make a great rain back up option for your wedding day or if you love it as much as we do, it can be a beautiful plan A option as well.

Amanda and Todd truly made our wedding memorable. All the guests commented on how beautiful their property is. Very professional and easy to work! We toured eight venues before my husband came across their venue and it was a fantastic decision. They have so many options for where you want your ceremony to be held. Fortunately we had perfect weather, but their venue has the best back-up plan to hold a beautiful ceremony indoors if you need to or want to!

Tables, chairs, benches, a dance floor, and arch are included in the venue rentals. The Maine of Williamsburg team sets up the space according to your desired layout and remains onsite throughout all events to assist in creating an exceptional wedding experience for all.

The Maine of Williamsburg was a dream to wedding plan at and the staff were more than accommodating to plan with. After booking The Maine in June 2022, we finally had our picture perfect day this May 2024. The day was beautiful and all of our vendors were amazing. Tracy and her staff at The Maine are very understanding about the inconsistencies with event planning, and we’re more very helpful recommending vendors that were familiar with the space. If I chose to use an outside vendor, the staff easily worked with my preferred vendors to establish the necessary contacts and paperwork. Overall, my planning process was stress free knowing I had a gorgeous venue with a beautiful outdoor ceremony space, including microphones and speakers, and a well maintained interior for an inside reception. There was plenty of space for my guests. The bathrooms were well kept, with plenty available to accommodate my 130 guests. Also, the interior of the facilities are nice and COOL—the AC was much needed after a hot and humid spring wedding. No amount of praise for Tracy and her staff will ever feel like enough. Book The Maine NOW, if you want to have the wedding, or event, of your dreams.

As a wedding planner, The Upchurch is one of the venues at the very top of my preferred list. Every wedding I have ever planned here has been handled seamlessly by the venue's team, who truly exceeds expectations in all ways. The venue hosts are knowledgeable and attentive to couples and vendors alike and the venue itself is a perfect example of what a venue should be, both aesthetically and back-end logistically. The historic Main House includes a spacious, naturally-lit bridal suite AND a groom's space (something not seen in all venues) upstairs, with an airy and charming downstairs to host cocktail hour. The lawn and gardens throughout the property are immaculately kept up with and thoughtfully designed to blend with the seasons. The Conservatory (reception space) is one of my absolute favorites to work in as a vendor, and is gorgeous, flow-friendly, and spacious for guests - it also served as an incredible rain plan backdrop. I could not recommend The Upchurch more - every couple that I have worked with that hosts their wedding there has been extremely pleased, and as a planner, I couldn't be happier to work there

Want to thank Michelle, Natalie, and their staff for pulling off a flawless company dinner at the Hounds Tale Kitchen. They made it easy by first proposing some menu ideas. Then we met with them once to get a layout of the space and brainstormed more options. Once the menu was set, we basically just showed up at the date and time of the scheduled event. What made it refreshing was that it did not feel nickel and dimed, my team didn't have to set up, or break it all down. The space is fun with huge pictures originated by a local artist, Bob Oller, filling the wall space. The colors in the space are exhilarating. We had a group of 24 and their team was able to pull together two long tables of 12 with high tops around the room. There was plenty of room to fit everyone with space to spare. Their catering served on time and the food was wonderful. The Hounds Tale Kitchen does have a projector and screen if you want to show a presentation and, basically, have your all-day event in the same space. I would definitely recommend the Hounds Tale Kitchen for your event.

CountyLine Vineyard & Venue is an off the beaten path wedding venue set in the countryside of central Virginia. Shortly down the lane in view are a picturesque venue barn, vineyard, pre-civil war log cabin, and fields offering beautiful backdrops for a wedding ceremony, reception, and photographs. Artistic wood features abound throughout the barn. Much of the wood, harvested right from the property, was meticulously shaped by hand to add a warm artistic feel to the spaces within. Along with a 2,000 square foot banquet room, there's a bridesmaids get-ready suite, caterer's prep room, restroom facility, and an outdoor bar and patio areas. Also located on the property is a pre-civil war log cabin available for overnight accommodations for event guests. The peaceful country setting offers many other options if you choose to celebrate your special day with an outdoor ceremony and reception.

We cannot thank Chris and Jenny enough for giving my wife and I the most amazing day and wedding venue. From the moment we stepped foot on Countyline we knew this was where we wanted to get married. It had exactly what we were looking for - from the indoor/outdoor spaces to the beautiful natural scenery. Not only was the venue perfect but Chris and Jenny were awesome to work with. They made the process super easy with the help of their preferred vendor lists and working with their son Collin as our DJ. Leading up to the big day they were very accommodating with anything that they needed from seeing the venue multiple times to finishing up last minute details the day before. Every time we think back to our wedding day we can't say enough how grateful we are to have found Countyline Vineyard & Venue and had celebrated with all of our family and friends.

Cumberland Estate is unbelievable. If you’re looking for that perfect place for your dream wedding, look no further. Tucked back in the woods it opens up to a beautiful plantation that sits along the Pumunkey River. The views and landscape are breathtaking. From the flower gardens to the weeping willow cascading over the ponds , it’s romantic and beautiful. My husband and I got married at the estate in 2021. We stayed on the property in the Carriage House the night before and the night of our wedding. The Carriage House is also used for any guests that want to stay at the Estate. We just recently stayed again for our one year anniversary! It was just as wonderful as it was for our wedding! The staff here is amazing. They made sure we had everything we needed and they are so thoughtful. I definitely recommend Cumberland. There’s plenty of beautiful scenery for the perfect wedding photos. This place is like a fairytale. So magical! Oh, did I mention there’s a pool too?!

We had our wedding there last month, a small one with 60 guests. Tiffanie was great coordinating everything, she is very knowledgeable and always made me feel like there was nothing to worry about and it wasn’t, everything went perfect, very smooth and she really took care of every detail without me or my family having to worry. The staff are great, friendly, professional and they always looked happy to take care of our guests. I also work in the hospitality industry, and I was impressed. The food was delicious, we opted for a plated dinner with 3 choices plus a vegan one for a couple of guests and every single one was great. Bartender was also on point and my guests were very happy about that. Now about the venue itself, it’s beautiful, we had the ceremony outside by the water and reception indoors at the ballroom, the bridal suit is great, it has a lot of space for everyone to get ready and access to everything we could possibly need. It is a busy place with a lot of members so there is a chance of other events to be happening at the same time but trust me when I say you won’t even notice, they do a great job with scheduling and keeping events separated.

The Berkley Manor is a beautiful location in the heart of Ocracoke! They offer everything you'd need for the perfect wedding on the island! Phoebe was so helpful and responsive and would often check-in and ask how planning was going! She helped with other vendors and provided a helpful list of vendors that service Ocracoke. The venue itself was stunning! The manor is beautiful and I am so glad we decided to stay there. It was stunning and so well decorated inside and all the flowers blooming were absolutely beautiful! We had our reception in the barn and it was perfect! It was huge and spacious. You can't beat the location either - The Berkley Manor is walking distance to Ocracoke Coffee, most bars, restaurants and hotels (for the guests!) You can even see the harbor - it was stunning! Our friends and family fell in love with the island! The Berkley Manor (and Phoebe) helped make our wedding absolutely perfect and I cannot recommend them enough!
